The necklace I bought is gorgeous and I'm overall pleased with it. Deducted 1 star because I messaged customer support with a question on Thursday and they didn't get back to me until Sunday evening. Maybe I'm just used to shopping with other brands where the response time is faster, but I don't like needing to wait if I need to make a change or have a question about my order
