I have been shopping online here for 3 years now and it never disappoints me. Approved for excellent customer service as well. Much easier online shopping. The delivery process was a bit slow, but the shoes were worth it.
WOW! I wish I had read reviews before purchasing sweaters from this company. First off, I didn't realize their products were manufactured in China. It added to the timing of receipt by an extra 40 days. More upsetting, was the quality of the product. Abysmal is not even a good word to describe. Don't be fooled (as I was) by their online pictures. The quality made me a) sad for the poor people that made it and b) angered by the company that exploits these workers. My sweaters were torn, thin on thread, dirty, and in one sweater the stitching completely unsewn. Amazing in a way to see such product being sold! Whoever owns this company has no quality control and worse, no morals. My message: STEER CLEAR!

Over one month of not hearing a single word from this company and checking the reviews of over 800 people about this company, I file a fraud claim with my bank. I also emailed the company to tell them that I did not want anything from them now and to cancel anything that they ever had with me as a result of their deceiving tactics. The day after I emailed them the cancellation, they sent me an email for the first time saying, cancellation is too late, here i the tracking number - we just shipped the items. Their return policy on their website is a joke. No return address and just about everything in their website is final sale. Which falls in another category of no returns. I have reported them to the attorney general, but please know this is a company housed in China, using different names and addresses in the USA- a total joke. Let me predict what is going to happen next as I see it in all the reviews: they are going to reply back with " I am so sorry for your disappointment. We are here to help you, please contact us with your order number...". It is all a charade,

I purchased $150. Worth of clothing from this company. Nothing fit properly and the material listed as LINEN was
Like the same material that they package potato's in. It is a heavy burlap, that is what all of the pants are made of NS would not be very comfortable to wear... even if I could. The tops I purchased were made if a very thin material. Not one of them would fit. I had gotten sick about two weeks after they were delivered and was not able to return immediately. They only give you 14 days to return, normally most companies give 30 days especially since the products come from China. Sure enough I was late by a few days and they refused to do anything to help me... no exchanges... no returns... no credits! I would never buy from them again. I suggest you shop elsewhere.

Great website presence for Roselinlin. But Items are not as shown, poor quality fabric. Like disposable clothes. This company is China based evidently a subsidiary of SRFashion. See their Facebook reviews... for yourself.
I ordered 10 items but received 7. I contacted Roselinlin customer service, multiple times. They promised a refund but wanted me to drop the claim first PayPal was not much help either. I have put in a claim with VISA. The refund promised was short of the correct amount but I have yet to receive it, a month later. Clothes may look great on the site but in good conscience I cannot recommend Roselinlin to others.
Tip for consumers:
Do not depend on shipping from China.
Customer service is online and are not reliable.
Fabrics are thin.
All linen type fabrics will require ironing and possibly starching for wear after laundering.

I have not used any yet, saving for travel.

All of those wonderful summery looks... NOT THEIRS! I kept getting the ads though and so I thought I would try ONE item. A pretty "cotton" blouse, blue. Today it arrived; HA! Prison stripes= hahaha! Joke was on me because I knew better.
The photos that they use are fakes. The blouse looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!
Just don't do this to yourself. You deserve better and so do I.

I have yet to receive anything from this company, have been waiting over 2 months, and I know Covid is somewhat responsible.
However, I did get an email response about an order. I ordered a medium dress but received confirmation that is was a 'medium plus size.' When I asked if I could return it since I am not a plus size person, the response was "It is M size. Plus size is just the title."
If I do ever receive it, as two shirts I ordered have never shown up, it will be interesting to see the size of the dress.

I ordered one dress from this site. I wish I had read the reviews first. The dress I received does not look like the dress in the photo. The fabric is described as a cotton blend on the website. The dress appears slightly sheer, a loose fitting, thin cotton blend dress on the website. What I received was a stiff polyester thing. It looks like the type of fabric that is digitally printed, like a shower curtain. And, it feels like a shower curtain. I want to return it.

Materials and workmanship is poorly made. I have had over 20 emails back and forth to refund my money and it will cost me additional $45 USD to return their crappy products to China.
If I were you, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will be so disappointed that you have to waste so much time dealing with refunds and communicating with them as is so challenging. So I paid $150US plus shipping then I have to return them for their misrepresenting what have been advertised is not what I have received
Shipping back to China another $45.

Do not be fooled with theor website . What you see is not what you get. Workmanship and material is cheaply made. Wasted so much money and have to return at your own cost!!!!!! BEWARE

I have bought a lot on this website several times: clothes, bags, earrings and even boots.
The articles have always arrived within the indicated times and have been of good quality, they have never let me down! I would definitely recommend this site to other girls
Their website warns you of an 11-21 day delivery time... but never mentions it will actually be 60 days! Yes, I said 60!
When reaching out to them at *******@roselinlin, com they simply keep sending you their shipping policy and that it is on it's way... with tracking numbers that aren't real. The items were ordered 5/21/20, their shipper, Track 17, showed the pkg was in customs on May 27, but it arrived on July 21!
Once the items arrived they were of terrible fabric, sized oddly and not as the pictures displayed. The fair is like paper (cheap, thin and crunchy). Just don't do it-save your hard earned dollars.

I received an order from this company and found the clothing and materials to not at all as presented. What they represented as cotton was some sort of cheap non-breathable poly blend. They give a 15 day return window so I was careful to email them early to let them know I would be return most of the order. They claimed they could not identify the order so I replied to their email with all the details from their catalog and heard nothing in return. When I didn't hear back I sent it again and a third time. Finally after the 15 days had elapsed they told it me I hadn't complied with their 15 day return policy. Even when I showed them all the email I sent they didn't care. It is fraudulent, deceptive and illegal business practices. So if you don't want to get stuck with misrepresented junk clothes, stay away!

The items I ordered took about a month to arrive, and were of much poorer quality material and craftsmanship than shown in the pictures. The fabric was rough, and the items were often not even shaped like what I had intended to buy. Borderline scam.

So I figured these guys out! Yes they are China... they create super cute clothing in the most flattering, expensive fabrics that fit and hang on the body wonderfully, that's what they display in the pics on the models on their website... when you purchase though, the items may look very similar to what you picked out but they have manufactured with the cheapest fabric possible... completely different structure of the clothing at that point... Always, always dispute with the credit card you used when purchasing their stuff after you figure out you've been had... send them pics of what you got versus the item displayed online... pretty obvious what they are doing

Shopping this store online is THE best online experience I've ever had - I order frequently from them because of it. The packages are absolutely adorable with handwritten notes and arrive quickly. The prices here are also rather reasonable. Their actual locations are quite cute but somehow feel like they're missing something. Maybe it's just I love getting packages in the mail!
Items are poorly made garbage. Although not to expensive you can get on sale better quality anywhere! I wish I had believed the reviews. Instead I gave it a try and waisted $80. Still waiting for one item. Not even trying to return or giving to goodwill. Just expensive rags.

The crap they send you looks nothing like the photos!
Also, you can't return the merchandise because America is not allowing returns to CHINA so you're stuck with it!
If you're reading a review that says anything different than you get garbage, it is a fake review. I had to settle on a 35% refund which they left out several items I purchased when they calculated the refund, so I got screwed twice!

NOT at all like the picture! Bought over $100's worth of clothes it's all made from polyester not linen! The pictures of the clothes are so cute but the clothes you get are so different. I don't buy clothes that often because I like different look. I was so excited when I ordered couldn't wait to get them and WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! NO I will not be ordering anything again!
