This review is based on Joyce Visconti and how unprofessional she is as a real estate agent. I am a homeowner in Waterway Village. I have recommended Joyce Visconti many times over the years, but no more. She has taken it upon herself to divide our community because the current HOA Board is not doing what suits her purpose. She is trying to remove Board members, by making phone calls, emails and community meetings to rally with her. This is such a quiet place to live, and such good neighbors till she started dividing homeowners with her agendas. I would never recommend a real estate agent that shows such unprofessional acts and devise within the community. There is 3 units on the waterway that is going to be for sale, and none of the owners want to use her as their agent. I'm very disappointed that she has torn our community apart, because now friendship and neighbors are torn apart by her actions. Think twice before using her as your agent.
