Reservationdesk.co has a rating of 1.0 star from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
They make no apparent effort to resolve disputes. Their resolution dept is email only so you cannot talk to them and they do not talk with the hotel. I had a 3 day reservation. The hotel was unsatisfactory so I spoke with customer service on the first evening of the reservation. I was assurred they would issue a refund for the last two days of the reservation if the hotel agreed. I spoke with the hotel and they graciously agreed. Unfortunately reservation desk then delayed over and over for a month then related they could not give the refund due to the hotel's policy. I spoke with the hotel who denies that they even spoke with reservation desk.
I have subsequently noted on their site they have about 113 reviews. One 3 star, 2 2 star and 110 1 star reviews so it seems this is standard procedure for reservation desk.
In any event, live and learn. I would encourage you to consider using an alternative site to make hotel reservations.
