The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. From start to finish, the entire process flowed seamlessly, requiring minimal effort on my part. I will never use this site again. They look like the hotel site, but they are not. The additional fees are ridiculous. I would have just called the hotel myself. How does it cost $15.99 to use a website to make a reservation. That's on top of all the other surcharges and taxes they don't bother to explain. Use someone else! No $126.00 room should cost $178.00. And good luck getting a final receipt from them as well.

Due to my husband's health issue's we have stayed in the hotel 3 or 4 times...booked over website...rooms very nice and ready for our stay...the staff at front desk to the restaurant to other staff are so helpful and we appreciate the smiles...our days are challenging...some more than others...always makes our day better...they truly do go a long way! Thanks

This was fine, however, reserving from Booking.com is very compplicated. It puts you in a loop and never asks for your personal info or payment. Not good. Started to just give up, but I given the site for reservation counter.com when I called for a live agent. I'm sure you loose many using Booking.com. People just don't have the time to hunt and peck for service. It should be easier and more user friendly.
Because the agent told me about it. If I wasn't persistent, I would never have pursued this.

My confirmation email showed cost of the room only (without adding taxes, etc.) -- which was considerably less than I had paid moments earlier by credit card. Adding to my confusion was a graphically prominent box that said "Cancel reservation?" I almost did, but fortunately decided to call B-W first. Your representative understood the situation immediately and politely explained that taxes, etc., accounted for the difference. The higher amount I had just paid was, indeed, correct -- but I felt the graphics were confusing.

Easy process - quick and simple. Good description of rooms. My only comment is that the stated rate per night was about $340 but then after you push to accept and process there was over $100 in additional fees added. It would be much nicer to just know the total cost per night up front.

I booked on a third party and they didn't send me an itinerary number. Then it worked out that there was no reservation! OMG I had to dispute the charges on my credit card. I was in tears! Berverly was so kind.

Difficult to understand the agent, Pricing of airline fares today is a joke-it must be simplified. I'm not talking about price, but the complexity of even choosing a seat, extra costs, etc. etc., all made more difficult by not being able to understand the agent. It's like working with a start-up company that is struggling with customer service.

Your follow-up email from Sitejabber is unclear. It merely asks "did you receive your booking confirmation..." but doesn't tell you what booking (i.e. Hyatt Regency Apr 15 - Apr 18). I am booking restaurants, are, hotels for travel and then asked "did you get a booking"...which booking? I had to go check reservations to figure out which one was from sitehabber... Drop the specifics in and it won't confuse people.
