“STAY AWAY”

8/23/23 WINDOW AC DOES NOT COOL ROOM. DID NOT GET ANY SLEEP. NO EMPLOYEE IN LOBBY, DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE. EVEN AT 8AM NO EMPLOYEE. WE LEFT AND WENT TO ANOTHER HOTEL. CALLED THEM AND GOT ANSWER AT 10AM AND WERE TOLD: "YOU READ THE POLOCY" OWNER HAS NO APOLOGY AND SAID WE DID NOT CONTACT THEM. THEY ARE KEEPING MY MONEY FOR THE 3 NIGHTS WE DID NOT STAY THERE. THIS HOTEL IS A JOKE RUN BY HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THEIR GUESTS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THE RED ROCK RIVER RESORT MANY BAD REVIEWS ON LINE.
