I called rateMD because I want to remove the negative reviews or give the reason to the patient why they are giving me negative reviews. What rateMD told me that they cannot remove your negative review but instead you have to pay every month $200.00 US so you won't have negative reviews in the future. I told them I will pay one to three month only and the rest I cannot afford. RateMD keep charging my VISA for more than 1 year. So if you see a lot of professionals getting good reviews because you're paying rateMD to have a good review. Honestly I don't care about negative reviews anymore.
