“Dishonest Business”

Nice seductive website. They took my money on 22 November 2021 for an in stock apple phone. When they could not supply the phone I cancelled on the 15th December 2021. Today I was told my refund would not be processed until 5 February 2022. 10 weeks after they took my money. A little research (which I should have done upfront) shows this is the way QMF does business. Trading Standards in Essex are aware, Google Review even BBC Watchdog. QMF is a dishonest business. Avoid. GiffGaff supplied the same phone within 24 hours.
