I've been trading with Quantumtrade for a very long time, and never had any problems with withdrawal. Never! I'm not worried about it at all. I trade and enjoy trading. That's the way it should be, I think.

The platform is genuine and honest. However for the depiction of earnings in USD - which confuses some to erroneously believe their earning is reduced. Otherwise this app and platform is excellent and true to its words.

Now there we go. So I have some xperience in the field and have to say that processing and execution could be faster. Seriously 4 hours are to much for me. I can't imagine what could have gone so wrong. Or it's just me?

They will stuck you with calls when you attempt to withdraw your profits or close the account, you will keep seeing profits and how well you account is doing but wont be able to withdraw which gives me the idea that they are manipulating it themself,after i lost about $7000 to them i decided to close the account and not invest again than one guy named BILL., wont stop calling and all,luckily i got help from "P S T P 2 R E C L A I M" who helped me recover my lost money

Usually withdrawal verification requests from platforms cause unnecessary irritation because of time. A lot of time. Too much time. But here it was a matter of hours. Bless

Quantum FX's aggressive tactics can lead to severe financial losses. Be cautious of constant pressure to deposit more funds, as this could result in devastating consequences. Moreover, the extended withdrawal process of 90 days may leave you empty-handed. These are real money-stealing liars and crooks. I had take action to secure my $100k investment, i could only succeed with the help of professionals (check pic), they worked in timely manner keeping me updated on all the processes

I had subscribed in April 2022 the people seems to be nice and at the time I did not see bad reviews. I was contacted by Adam Ali and started to transfer $2,600 CDN then was showing the percentage achieved on the Q T dash board then asked more and more and was saying that I had to have 1 bitcoin to have better position on the market, I ended the August 10 2022 with $26,000 CDN then David Morgan phone in August 12 and after couples of hours convinced me that I had to invest more and was saying that the banks were no good for investments and were using our money and told me if I did not like it that I could pull out and withdraw at any time, then I did a wire transfer of $32,000 CDN. 2 weeks later Adam phoned and told me that I had to transfer $5,000 USD to safe my account form loosing it. David Morgan (Supervisor) phoned and told me that Q T had credited the $5.000,USD. By November Adam Ali phoned and showed tat the account was recovered, I told Adam that there was too much stress for me and I had decided to pull out and withdrawal, then he replied that I had to pay back the $5,000 USD credit from Q T, in order I had to pay $7,900 CDN for that credit I did a wire transfer of the amount in December 09 2022, he phoned the day after and said the address for the transfer was incorrect and had to get their lawyers team to find it. In august 14 2023 Mark Lorenz Phoned and trough ANY DESK App pull a calculator and from $62,000 USD showing in my account that I had to pay $8,200 CDN in order to get my money transferred. After 3 transfers of $3,000 can he kept on asking for more, in august 31 2023 I had transferred $20,000 CDN and he transferred me to Alexander Koval supposedly the head of the billing department. I asked him immediately I there was any transfer involved because I had a few arguments with Mark Lorenz, he replied $1,500 CDN only and did transferred $5,000 CDN and he never stopped and even swore on the head of his 2 twin boys that I was going to get my money before the end of September 2023.in November 03 2023 I had transfer $23,750 with Alexander and he told m that I was ready for a wire transfer, in November 09 he asked me $3,000 CDN for a wire transfer and I had an argument about it and he told me that it was like this in Austria. He phoned the day after saying that there was an error in my bank account # and made me pay $2,500 CDN penalty and the following dat asked for an other $3,000 CDM for the wire transfer and I paid, he was saying fro time to time " you are going to get your money tomorrow " and it never happened. He phoned few days later and asked for an additional $2,500 CDN for exchange and to that point I did refused because I ended with my line of credit loaded and had no more money in my bank after paying $53,090 CDN for withdrawal
Mark Lorenz phoned in December 12 2023 telling me that Alexander Koval was under investigation and told me that I should not have to pay more than $2,000 CDN. Mark Lorenz phones days later and asked for $2,500 CDN in order to get my money and within an hour Alex Koval phoned and asked for $2,500 CDN
I have realized the hard way that quantumtrade.io are only about to get all your money and are professional scanners and especially for foreigners that have not many resources to fight them
Please stay away from that organization of organize crime

Let me tell you my story. Signed up for QT on a crypto website, around April 2022. Then I finally get QT on board and the first few days were ok, I lost $250, my fault completely, tried to figure it out; don't do what I did. Then started to really study trading, strategies, methods etc. Super high pressure tactics after that initial $250 was gone. Frequent calls began from my new account manager asking to upgrade to a silver package ie. 10K. Said no to account manager (Brady Adkins). Put another $500 USD in with Brady. He trades for me for awhile trades for a profit of a couple hundred dollars. He as trading Bitcoin, Eth, Solana etc. He does help me with a few things, it was a decent experience but then he disappears after I continue to refuse to upgrade to the 10k, telling me he makes barely any commission on these small trades and his time could be spent making commissions on other larger trades. Fair but I signed up based on your advertisement to invest $250 and grow it. I am not interested in 10k at this point. Ask him to stop asking or assign me a new "account manager". So they assign (Mark). All this time I am learning on my own with some help here and there from them. Platform is good, some glitches, but it was easy to use. Had some good indicators. Seemed to match Trading view. I continue on trading in bitcoin. They would make the odd trades, some good some bad. Some really bad I had to call and ask them to close. Anyway, fast forward they keep pressuring and I keep saying no to more money. They get me a third "account manager" Brad. I am still saying no to more investment, complain and ask for customer service, I get David Morgan. David does agree with the 10k as he is both an account manager and quality control guy, they play both roles. He apologizes for pressure but again tells me the small commission story. Now I get Mark back again. Then there was an Issac on the chat boards.

Then there was Adam finally. Adam was allegedly manager of the managers. He managed my account for awhile. He made some trades. Helped. Adam and I had some very frank discussions, when I was asking questions about things things that didn't add up. Challenged them on many things particularly the way they talked to me and about sticking to the fees outlined on their website, no one seemed to know what the correct fee was, and it was never the same as the fees stated on their website. At this point I feel very unsure. So now I want to cash out. Dont like the pressure tactics. Adam agrees to send me a small amount to help me feel comfortable. Its $40 or something. It works I get the money. I'm thinking ok maybe it is legit. But the pressure continues and finally I cant take it anymore, Adam and I argue and I say Adam I'm out. He says ok. So I copy and paste my wallet address into the QT withdrawal form and hit enter thinking they might actually be legit. Here comes my months of work...Here's where I feel I got scammed; QT says the address I pasted into the withdrawal form was missing a letter or number, so all my bitcoin and money is now gone. Poof. Gone into the nothingness. Told sorry we cant help you. Anyone who has moved money for crypto knows the wallet providers give you and almost force you to use the copy/paste feature to avoid this. Like the review from June 7,2023, exact same method.

I didn't mess up copy and paste. So I called the Ontario Securities Commission and some crypto fraud consulting firms to educate myself. They were aware of Quantum Trading. The OSC stated via email to me "Quantum Trade is not registered to deal in securities in Ontario".

Now fast forward George Edmond sends me an email saying they had some of my leftover money in a external bot program and I have $56,954 USD in profit they want to send. I say awesome, here's my wallet address, send it over. Today I get an email saying sorry we cant send it, the liquidity is with others. Then the "I will send you the wallet addresses of the liquidity owners, u send 5% of the $56,954 and then the liquidity holders will send you the profit from their wallets" request.

In my experience something was very off. I feel like they took my money. Cant prove it, its a slick scam IMO. The June 7,2023 review from KL and the email compelled me to share. I wont ever trust them again. Trade safely everyone. Good luck out there.

Update

Writing an update incase anyone is still contemplating quantum trade or experiencing the same type of situation as myself.

I received a call from Arthur@ Quantum Trade as they had seen my previous review. I like Arthur, he seems like a nice man, but with QTs reputation from my experience I was listening to him through the lens of just another scammer. Arthur called me to discuss my experience. I went through my whole experience and shared one of my word documents with screen shots of all the chat room chats as well as the emails from Brady, Adam, Mark, Edmond etc. He was extremely surprised. Left the initial call to inform management to add me to an investigation. He apologized profusely, called me back multiple times to apologize and try to salvage any relationship he could. He explained that Mark along with some of the others had been investigated by Quantum Trade and subsequently by the police including Interpol for major financial crimes. And that jail time was very likely for those involved. It appears they were scamming people from within QT without QTs knowledge, if the story is to be believed. Arthur confirmed to me that Adam and Mark did steal my bitcoin and they stole other peoples bitcoin/funds in a similar fashion. He noted they would never actually input the withdrawal's into the system and instead would funnel the withdrawals directly to their accounts via temporary wallets and then transferred to other hard storage wallets during their scam work. Assuming the story was real I said I want my BTC or money back. Arthur said he cannot do that while the investigation is ongoing, and that QT was also a victim. I replied noting I don't really care if they stole from you, they were your employees so QT is responsible for their actions, hard stop. He said there is a good chance I get my money back after the investigation is completed, but no guarantees as they may not be able to access the cold storage wallets due to the keys not being shared.

Then Arthur started offering my the VIP package and they said they would match any funds I deposited into my account with them and I would get a senior account manager and all the VIP perks if I deposited money again. I.e. I put in $500 they put up $500 and trade it for me, give me the training, the market reports etc. All the things I was supposed to receive the first time.

I said write me an email noting all the things you just told me including that they did in fact steal my BTC, that they are under investigation etc. I said I want to be added to the investigation, I want to see some official record of an investigation, anything from them indicating this is real. I was told he cant comment publicly or via email because he isn't supposed to know and wasn't supposed to tell me. Spider senses started tingling.

QT, want the money that was stolen from me returned. I sent you all the chat room conversations you've seen the account information, Arthur admitted I was stolen from. Return my money IMMEDIATELY.

If QT is for real, if you aren't scamming people then make the people who were stolen from whole again. If you have them money to match deposits you have the money to make us whole. DO THE RIGHT THING. If you did make us whole I'm sure you would have a loyal stable of traders for a long time. You would have reviews here stating QT stood by there clients in a dark time. If I am proven wrong and you return my money I will be the first person on here praising you for doing the right thing.

At this point it still just feels like a new wrinkle in the scam. Good luck out there everyone hope this helps someone.
