Pristine sent me discs that won't play. I can get no response from them. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Won't even respond to my chats...

I bought a dvd set for an entire series (Phil Silvers Show). The second half of every dvd in the set won't play. Extremely annoying and a waste of $48. Pristine said they'd replace the set if I mailed the first one back. Thanks to the pandemic, service at the local post office is extremely limited, as is my time. I explained my reluctance to stand in line in a crowded postal facility but, bottom line, no return (which I'd have to pay for), no replacement. What do they think, there's a black market for a b&w tv show from the 1950s? The shoddiest dvd product I've ever seen. Thanks for nothing. Never again!

Got my dvd's in a timely manner... boxed set of Northern Exposure series. Discs 5 and 6 of season 4 would not load... contacted Pristine and they sent out replacements right away! Great customer service.

Awful website... I ordered something for my son's b-day, and it never showed up. No updates on tracking, even the postal service said the tracking # was invalid. I then gave them a new order... cancel my shipment, and give me a refund! And I won't mess with them again!

I purchased a 9 series DVD for my elderly mother. The DVDs did not work. We asked for a refund and shipped back the original DVDs, and got a new set. The new set did not work. I asked for a refund and was happy to return the item but was told it was past the 120 days for returns. No flexibility with this or any attempt to help, or offer partial refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE OR BLAZE DVDS.

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY.
