I had previously purchased a refurbished PC from IBM, and received a POS PC that had all kinds of problems, so I was a little skeptical about doing it again. However, after checking out the reviews and doing some homework, I went ahead and bought a laptop from PCLiquidators. It's a nice laptop without any issues, and I got it for a great price! Shipping was fast, and the laptop was packed well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
There were no issues ordering and receiving the PC. Once received, though, I never got past that "HP Sure Start" or whatever it's called. Luckily, I'm an old pro (literally) at this, and booted it with one of my Windows10 boot sticks.

I placed an order for a Grade A monitor. I got the monitor and expressed some concerns. With no issue they reduced the price of my monitor.
Now my monitor came with a stand but reading the description I was not due to get a monitor stand. So this was great shipping was fast and the packing was awesome overall this was a great experience. And it's always great to be treated like a person vs a consumer. Great customer service! Good attitude! They listened to my issue and concerns. Great job please keep up the good work!
Bought the product to replace our old model and so far, it works great. I haven't had any issues with it.
I ordered a Lenovo refurbished computer. It was a child's computer and it had no capability to perform any adult functions. I can tell they have catalog computer electronics degrees. You certainly are not buying from experts when you buy from these people. I will not say professionals.

Monitor was rated by PC Liquidations as "C" (I assume out of "A thru F"). Monitor received was functionally and cosmetically better than "C". Looks great. Performs great. I highly recommend PC Liquidations, and will not hesitate to buy from them again.
I once again, am impressed with the good communication and follow-through with this company. I have been using them for years, both to sell electronics equipment to them, and to support customers with out-of-support Telecom products. They continue to be most helpful and professional.
I was unable to receive a signal on my monitor and emailed support (email address found in the "Policy" section of the website). I received an email and had the tech call me back as I did not & do not understand computer talk. He did and we were on the phone diagnosing the issue- My purchase did not work with my monitor. I was given a paid postage label to send back the computer and a comparable replacement was found. Management agreed to the computer that I choose and it was shipped. I am very happy with how this turned out and will purchase items from PC Liquidations again. Laura

Ordered a refurbished MacBook Air for my grandson. Was delivered within 4 days, in great conditions and perfect working order! Grandson is happy and more motivated in school. Excellent experience. I will be back soon to look for more good stuff.

The desktop. If it's an android phone, you can easily check the android option but the iPhone option is shaded gray that you cannot click it to connect. Can you help?

Selling slightly used electronic equipment is a tough business as I imagine it, and when I received a dock that did not work as it should have... I called and PCLiquidations responded instantly with a replacement part on the way the same day, they also sent a shipment label for the return, it was a great customer service experience despite the defective unit.
The one Asus monitor that arrived did not work properly and did not have a picture when plugged in.

When I wanted to purchase a "new to me" laptop, I was disappointed to find they weren't in business anymore. Used to get great deals, great service, and Windows Pro preinstalled from them. Then I found you folks! Got a great deal on my laptop, with Windows Pro preinstalled, and the service was excellent. My computer arrived much faster than promised.
