They are stealing from people all over the world and need to be stopped. I have all my proof and will assist in any investigation for as long as possible to stop these guys!

Overall, not so good experience. The only reason I am using their services is because my employer is paying me through them. Customer service is nowhere near professional, fees are high and not constant, always have some excuses for their negligence... The moment I change the employer I am leaving them if they do not level up their services...

I called to resolve a problem finalizing my registration on Payoneer because even after approval of my account I still cannot access it, I am still asked to register new security questions to access my account and when I do it it still doesn't work, I haven't even been able to access the page where I'm normally asked to send a copy of my ID, I'm still waiting for a solution. My Payoneer Account was blocked because as described by the agent, I have multiple accounts.
The agent sounded so impatient, almost rude, and interrupts me while explaining my concern which made me feel a bit stupid.

I processed 2 x payment requests to my client which were paid within minutes however Payoneer have still not (almost 3 weeks now) processed my payments! Customer service is useless, they have no real answer as to why not do they give any time line indications. FRAUD! Please do not use this platform!
I work as a professional online English, Spanish and Japanese teacher and I couldn't have been a successful as I am without Payoneer. It is by far the best paying service out there. On top of that they provide you a card which is incredibly useful to manage your payments and use your money wisely. The service is 100% reliable, legal and I've never had problems with it.
I had my payoneer account for the last few years until they decided to close my account for no reason, and they state that they can't share the reason why. I use the account to pay my remote contractor in another country, been working together for few years. This is unbelievable.
When a company grows, they pick and choose what type of customers they want but when they first started everyone is welcome, this is BS.

I advise anyone who used payoneer to stop using their service as they are NOT a reliable company, any account can be closed anytime without a warning

After 5 years of being with Payoneer, I"m considering leaving due to the fast deteriorating customer loop. It took me 4 calls to get one issue resolved. I finally spoke to someone who knew what she was doing. I guess Payoneer is going to try to save money by hiring call center staff with little or no training but it will eventually show in your numbers.
From last 8 to 10 days my transaction is pending but no one was ready to help me
