A day after this review was published I have received threatening and harrasing email from Patrique Mercier Recruitment, demanding me to take down the review as defamatory. I replied I won't do such a thing as my review is based on a personal experience and it is not defamatory if it is true. I also said not to harras me again. They have responded on my review on Glassdoor.ie and lied that the original recruiter was sick, bit she dialled in the call a little while after he did. Truth always comes out, Unfortunately for Patrique Mercier Recruitment.

I have received an email with invitation to apply for bilingual position in Patrique Mercier new office in Malaga. I did apply and got scheduled an interview after successful passing of language assessment. The interview took a place on 19.04 at 1000 Ireland time as per email from the Nirith Auyshi, recruitment assistant. The interview started late and there were Patrick and Nirith on the call. They told me I have got incorrect time buy I showed them email from Nirith after she scheduled an interview with me. They apparently didn't like me point out their mistake, after they accused me of it. The interview was full of interruption from Patrique, he asked me questions, yet never gave me a chance to speak and continued to interrup every single sentence and even raise his voice during the call. At that point I called him out for his abusive verbal manners and suggested to terminate the interview as based on his attitude I am no longer interested in working for them. He started to shout and I removed myself from the call. This attitude is completely unacceptable, he failed to show respect and business etiquette, his attire was also inappropriate, he wore sports vest.
Can we just stop getting the naked photos via e-mail? I know that he is gay and all that but, can we just stop getting the naked body photos? He is so creepy and unprofessional!

Two days ago I applied via this agency for a job.
Yesterday I was contacted if it was possible to have a short online meeting that day, the next or the day after.
Via email, we agreed upon "tomorrow".
Today is "tomorrow". I only received the invitation to the conversation this morning and, stupid me, I didn't check the day/date. Yet, we've emailed a few times and every time we spoke about "tomorrow".
Five minutes before the meeting I was waiting for the person to let me in. Ten minutes after the start of the meeting I send an email that I have been waiting for the meeting and that I won't wait longer.
I received an email back, from the owner, that although we spoke about "tomorrow" (not with him personally but an employee of his), the date for the meeting was set for the day after tomorrow.
There was no excuse made, nothing at all (an excuse will go a long way with someone who is disappointed), and I decided to cancel the meeting completely.
For me, it is very important that I can trust the agency that is going to represent me at an employer. Mistakes are human. But an excuse for the mistake is the least.
After sending the cancellation I received an email, form the owner, that I am blacklisted for Greece and all other countries this agency is representing.
They make a mistake and I am the one being blacklisted. Isn't that the world upside down?!
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them. If they treat a prospect who is very reliable this way, without any excuse, they cannot represent you the way you want and expect with an employer.

I was blacklisted because I became very disappointed by them and cancelled the meeting. Thus I used nothing.
This person has no idea how to treat people, so imagine leading a recruitment company. Full scam, do not trust at all.

I had my interview, I'm googling and I think the "mister" is the CEO, whatever, the interview started a few minutes later for me and for him, ok, no problem, I was nervous, yes, he didn't tell me his name, rol in the company, zero, and his attitude I didn't like, ok, the requirements for the position are your visa, bla.bla and English B2 and C2 or native Spanish, french, etc etc I forget it a little the English because I was really nervous and he said to me that I don't continue the interview because I don't like your English bye, so rude, no polite, poker face, and I ok bye. 3 minutes was the interview. I've had a lot interview in English and believe me my level is B2, I have comprehension and I able to speak this language. I didn't like this company neither the man.
After submitting my application to become a recruiter within patrique mercier, I received no confirmation but instead two E-mails from Teleperformance Greece, thanking me for my application and sending me some online-tests.
I ignored those mails of course and shortly after I received a call from patrique, asking me for an Interview. He also stated that the Tests that where send by Teleperfomance, came from him since they would help him with language-verifications.
At first I agreed and we scheduled an Interview, even though this seemed suspicious already.
I checked the online tests provided by teleperfomance and instead of just an english/german language assessment, I simply received all the tests necessary, to start a customer service position within teleperfomance, which was not what I applied for!
Reaching the top of my suspicion, I send another Mail to patrique, stating that this seems strange to me and that I would like to have a clear conversation of what I am actually applying for.
Not even 5 minutes after my Email, I received an Update on our Interview: "Canceled", and no answer to my mail.
Thus confirming my suspicion that this was simply a scam, lurking candidates to greece with promises of a nice salary and remote work and as soon as you're in greece, you might be sold to a call center and he gets a nice compensation for you.
Everything about this process was unprofessional and the person itselfe is simply a giant red flag!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY CONTACTING THIS GUY ALL MY POSTULATIONS WITH HIM ENDED UP NOWHERE
