Not sure where these negative reviewers live but you should come to the PE on Madison in Mankato. The takeout box is always full of tasty food. If they are out of something they make it up fresh on request in only about 5-7 minutes. The servers always have a smile, and last night I was given a complimentary wanton. Never a bad experience at our Panda Express.
They r out of a lot of stuff almost every time we go there. We ordered walnut shrimp. My husband got 11 shrimp and mine had 5! They try to be so fast so they r done when u pull up to the window. So they just throw it tot. I don't care how fast u r. Just make it right. Other times we have gotten food and only 3peices of meat. So we r eating a bowl of noodles or rice. Get it together. Maybe the manager should be there to make sure the kids r doing it right.
Tried this again. It was Awful the first time. It HORRIBLE this time. Do Not waste your money or time. It is the worst!
How can stay in business? The food is so bad, got the beef it was raw, got the teriyaki chicken the fattest most disgusting chicken ever

We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off. This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager. Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time". No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.
Good food usually but the portions on the entries are small. Ordered a shrimp dish and I watched the girl count the shrimp. 4 pieces must have been too many because she literally took one of off and put it back. That was a premium dish that costs 1.50 extra. Sad. The service was good though.lol Better off going to the privately own Chinese restaurant were the portions are spilling over the container and it's cheaper.
Panda Express really needs to get it together. When I first started going to Panda there was no uncharge on anything. Now they are placing uncharges on top of the menu price! This is really taking advantage of customers and I will not go there until they take these uncharges away! The menu price is already high enough!
I have noticed that the portions are becoming smaller and smaller up to the beginning of the year 2023 the portions and price were equal however prices have increased and portions are smaller i paid for walnut shrimp nd when I got home it wasn't full all the way I don't recall receiving a discount for getting less
(Crofton, MD) Just left the restaurant a few minutes ago; definitely a decent experience there.
My portion was definitely small, I cannot disagree with the reviews complaining about that. HOWEVER, it was tasty, and the employees were very nice, so no real complaints. My friend ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice "bowl", and her portion was a bit larger, because there was a lot of rice. I had the String Bean Chicken with mixed vegetables "bowl", and they didn't load me up on at least the vegetables, like they did on my friend's rice. But it was very good, and I will definitely go back there.
We ate inside the restaurant, so I can't comment on delivery issues, as some have... The restaurant looked clean (it's new-ish) and was pleasant enough for a fast-casual eatery.
(I don't have proof of purchase because my friend paid & used a coupon, and I just gave her cash).

Fried rice, very starchy, chow mein sticky
Small portions of beef broccoli
Very disappointed. If I wasn't tired from work,, I would take it back to the restaurant for a refund
I just watched an employee mix old food stock with new batch. The old batch clearly appeared to be sitting a while. I request and willing to wait to get a fresh batch. After watching the employee mix the batches together. I requested to take a sample from another dish option. The employee replied this is what we do mix the food stock & refused to allow a sample taste. The only thing I could do was walk out the store because I would have likely said some very bad words after what I saw.
Columbus,IN location waited for 20 mins waiting to order, No one said anything to us and they used all food for the drive through. We left because no one said anything, no food was left, and they had 3 other ppl waiting on pick ups.
The quality of the food is not up to par as it used to be. The flavor of the chow mein is no longer as good as it used to be and a couple of others is not as good as it used to be
This trip to PE was at the Panda Express #1560 restaurant located at 5229 W Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ ******* on 07-29-22 at 2:48:11pm order #******* according to the receipt. The visit didn't start off well as there was a dumpster taking up 4 parking spaces in the parking lot so there were none available to park in as all the rest were filled up. I had to park further away in the mall parking lot. Once I was inside inline waiting to arrive at the order counter, the short, hefty black lady in front of me was too busy looking at her phone to hear the lady server ask her twice if she could help her, then the server looked at me looked at me wondering what was going on. I had my gift card info printed out on an 8x11 piece of paper, so I touched her arm with it and she abruptly turned around and gave me a nasty look and said don't do that. The server looked at me to thank me for waking her up and I replied I was only trying to help her, and that other people were in line and wanted to order also. She kept saying obnoxious stuff with a nasty attitude and when she checked out, she didn't even reply to the cashier nor take her receipt as it was handed to her. She just grabbed her bag out of the cashier's hand and stormed out the door. I told the checker she was nasty in line too and not to take it personal. She acknowledged the woman wasn't very nice. The world could do without people like this treating other people this way because they can't give others the courtesy to be ready in line to give their order as something on their phone was more important than ordering or being considerate to others. After she left, it was a much nicer visit and the food was good and the restaurant was clean.
Tip for consumers:
If the parking lot isn't full then go in, otherwise pass on by to find another place not so busy as your wait will be unenjoyable.

This is a restaurant, it serves food to eat in or take out.
Employee Chris manager of the Panda Express@ Store #1419 ******* Burbank Blvd, Van Nuys, CA 9140. Steals food. The way she serves the ChowMein all over the plate is to serve less (item) entrees portions. What a shame Panda Express for allowing that!
Just got our usual order from our local Panda Express…. Boy did this place go downhill FAST!
The 3 item combo was 1/3 the "Normal" size.
The white rice tasted cardboard, like it came out of a box, NOT Steamed…
The overall Taste/Quality of the food was very Bad.
We have been loyal, Monthly customers…But, sadly I will NOT go back here again! Now I need to find a new Chinese food place as my regular.!
I know inflation is high but this is ridiculous super less food for how high they charged now. Do not buy Panda at 4600 south 4000 west by Smith n Home Depot
After eating the tiny portion of meat I had plenty rice. Would've given 5 stars, but the rice is kind of expensive.
After receiving horrible service at the restaurant where no entree but one was available and had to tell the employee multiple times the same thing while Diane stared off in space who was the girl waiting on me, I filed a complaint. Then I received an email from customer service asking how they resolved the issue yet they never called me. Horrible experience with both. They care nothing about their business. I will not recommend my company employees nor anyone else to go to any of their branches.
Tip for consumers:
Watch the receipt!!! I was charged even though I didn’t get the food. She just rang up to make it equal price.
Went to panda express tonight for dinner only to find out that their menu had changed.
Also their prices went up 100% same price for a container half the size of the old ones.
No Chicken egg rolls and Who no what else was missing from their usually wide variety of food to choose from.
I think the managers must be spending the money for running the restraunt gabbling or who knows.
This is a fairly new panda express #0596@ 9795 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas Nv. *******
Sincerely confused in Las Vegas
Tip for consumers:

So i was expecting to have my future told to me with those gosh darn cookies! But no, i got "cast your fears aside-believe in yourself. That ain't no fortune. I wanna know my future bro fr. Make some fortunes in those cookies.
So tasty and great servings! I previously went to China Wok and hated it. This was just what my needed! I HIGHLY recommend it! 😋
My review is right to the point! I had to wait 30 min on my food with a group of people. When I received my bag I had words written on my container to identify me. This was hurtful and all they wanted to do was give me a coupon and take my container back. Panda Express get a customer name or a numerical system in place! Instead of putting race on the food box
I figured i would stop by our Panda Express for some dinner here in Grants Pass Or. I ordered two plates, one was Kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When i tell you the kung pao had like three pieces of chicken and a bunch of peanuts (way more then i have ever gotten) and fried bits. And way less rice and noodles, but i'm paying the same money. No thank you!
False Advertisement on the Apple Pie: it's a roll. Not even a pie. Bigger than a Spring Roll. Good taste. I thought it was a pie.
