I attempted to resolve a faulty ring with this company below is the email thread and picture of the ring. I am beyond frustrated and wanted to make sure to alert any consumers who are considering purchasing from this company that does not stand by its product after 5 months of wear.

Are you kidding me, it's a ring of course you wear it. I've been wearing my wedding ring and mother's ring for over 20 years and guess what… the stones are still in tact. I will make sure to flood social media with reviews about your company, that's a promise. I didn't purchase a ring out of a gum ball machine, I paid good money and your stone fell out in less than a year and you say it's due to regular wear. Understood. Let the reviews begin.

I had high praise for this company and it's merchandise as I have had nothing but positive experience with quality and customer service... however my last purchases have not been up to their usual standards and they have failed to respond to my inquiries. I purchased two of their panther bracelets and was very well satisfied with them, so I purchased four others for myself and as gifts for family members. The problem is that the bracelets come loose with the slightest contact and if not for wearing a long sleeved shirt would have been lost...just wanted to make others aware should you choose to purchase.

Purchased bracelet, still under warranty, worn few times and broke, send photo to company.they responded, it's from wearing.Husband worn it few times and put away. Went to wear it again and it fell apart! Customer service is 1 star, if that. Please do not order, you will regret it.
I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. My credit card was promptly charged and the website indicated the order would ship no later than October 14th. Since placing the order I get non-stop spam text messages and emails. Sidebar ads and cookies galore. The marketing is horribly invasive. A few days after October 14th passed I checked the status of my order and it was still being "processed" so I emailed and asked how long it would take them to place the in-stock item into the mail. I waited a few days for a response and then was told the order was actually just shipped that day. Then a few days later still, I get an email saying the order shipped and I now have a DHL (garbage shipping company) tracking number. Still, a couple days pass and the tracking shows the item as "waiting to ship." I will be returning this order when/if it ever arrives and requesting a full refund as I found a better item at a better price at a better retailer at this point. I will update this review with the details of how the return/refund process goes (not expecting this to go well)...
