You do not stand behind your work. Your reps act as if "they" are the experts, not us, so inform your users when introducing yourselves that we are the ones that are supposed to know what you are doing, not the "trained" legal notary!? :(
I had a change of address notarized by notarize.com and it was refused by the company because the notary was not from a neighboring state and they refused to give me a refund.
