I am very upset, the first time I used it, I paid about 10 for 7 days, then my debit card number was registered in my account without my permission and the amount became about 90 per month, still without my permission or information. I discover it today when I checked my bank account, I saw that they took this amount from my account twice. This is unacceptable and kind of a criminal thief. I cancel the subscription today and i hope i will never hear from you again, I will never use it again. I am very very upset. 😤😤😤

Or son used this site trying to get a little job to help with school he signed up to a free trial and the it was supposed to be a student fee of £3 or so but no they charged over £16 a month clearing his account until he had no money left, we didn't realise until his bank statement came. My prefect cv offered to refund £5! Absolutely disgusting behaviour absolutely no care at all.
Do no use especially for students as once they get your card serials they will keep clearing it with no exception.
A company with no morals.

I made my CV on 22nd Feb 2024 and paid 14 days amount. After that same day, I tried to edit but on the system, they said to do the payment. I sent an email to customer care and attached the transaction details they said that I have a basic account without any payment. They asked me to send my bank details email ID etc but after that no reply from their side. Today they deducted AED 89.95 from my account. If I have no paid subscription and if I was able to edit my CV bcz as per them I never made a payment how come they deducted 89.95 amount from my account? They have my bank account number and that's why they are deducted money. Even though I had downloaded the CV from the site on 22nd Feb after 14 days of payment. I wanted to cancel the subscription but was not able to do so because the cancelation option was not there. These people are fake. I have sent them an email to return my money and I am waiting for their reply. Let's see

If you forget to cancel your membership before 14 days, you will be charged £220 per year, for what something you can easily do yourself. Save yourself money, go to your local CAB or job center and they will help you create your CV for free.

Contacted them multiple times to cancel the subscription - you automatically get subscribed when buying the downloadable version of the CV. They claim there isn't a paid account allocated to my email address, but they charged me almost 18 pounds 3 days after. No response from them after providing them with the proof of them stealing from me! No one answers the phone either. I have escalated it to my bank, Trading Standards and I will not stop here. Also there are other many people in this situation - same story, same outcome - so we all want to go to the media and expose them and what they are doing to people. Avoid! Do not fall into their trap like I did.

Do not use it! There is no such thing as paying to download your CV and that's it. You end up with a subscription it's really hard to get rid of.

My experience with this website started really well, I made a few cvs and paid for them. I then have been charged £16.95 per month, even after cancelling my subscription and opting to not auto renewal. I have emailed multiple times all of which have replied to tell me that they will cancel my subscription (even though I didn't subscribe in the first place!) and they haven't cancelled it and are still taking money- months and months after!

The website is actually really helpful and allows you to have good structure of your sentences on your CV! You may have to tweak a few bits here and there but that's just minor as most of the work is technically done for you. The customer service is really great!
