Great customer service. Received a follow up call after placing my order to make sure I ordered the correct item.
Showed up like it was dragged behind the delivery truck. Great customer service though. I don't know why you wouldn't wrap the leaf springs with some cardboard and the syranwrap them
I was doing some research on Old Man Emu UCAs for my 4Runner and read a blog post that mentioned purchasing from Mudify. I decided to head to the Mudify website and place an order. The price was right and checkout was a breeze. The item shipped promptly and arrived sooner than expected which was great because I didn't want to drive my truck around too much before installing this part. Overall great experience with Mudiify and I will certainly be purchasing from them again.
Customer sure service and shipping was top notch parts came in perfect and was updated every step of the way with either an email or a phone call. I haven't installed the lift yet so no review in the actual product but I recommend modify to anyone curious on them as a company. I look forward to ordering from them again!

Website was well thought out Miguel called me back and corrected a mistake. Shipping was faster than tracking. Advice was spot on. Products were high quality. One of the shock coil assembly was slightly misaligned but easy to correct. Very pleased overall.Will be ordering from this company again.

Everything went great. But I did have a small scare. I receive emails that both packages had been delivered when only one had. You guys were closed on the weekend so I went the whole weekend thinking that the package had been stolen or lost

So far I've had a great experience with Mudify - Miguel and I had a chat for something like 30-40 mins over the weekend about suspension upgrades for my 4R, and he gave me a lot of great information that led me to purchase the OME UCAs. I received them quickly and safely. They seem to be very well made as Miguel had advised, and I'll very likely purchase the OME BP-51 or MT-64 suspension as well as a result (leaning towards BP-51s). Purchased the BP51 kit. It was significantly cheaper than other sites and they threw in front weather tech floor mats. Came in a few different shipments but got here quickly. Only had one problem where I had to track down a leaf spring, but that was FedEx's fault. Will consider Mudify again for other parts.

I ordered a OME 3" package for my FJ CRUISER and it came very quickly I call ed to find out why the front struts were delayed and was informed that they were routed for assembly (which I had requested and paid for DUH). They arrived that Sunday! Just 2 days after the rest of the order. Perfect!

I received all the items but the second box was torn to shreds. Horrible attempt at a secondary "tape job" and all of the styrofoam inside the box was mangled as heck. Both of the boxes for the springs that were inside the shipping box were ripped open and had foam everywhere.

Great customer service, knew exactly what I needed and made great suggestions. Springs not only eliminated sag but also body roll and provided a far better ride than stock springs with a spacer.

Eddie's is awesome! I purchased a OME 3inch lift for my 4th gen 4runner a few years ago. I talked with Eddie and told him my issues with my previous lift and he had a great solution so I went with the 3inch OME with soft springs. Skip ahead to a few weeks ago, I reached out to Eddie@ Mudify for a complete lift with wheels and Tires for my 5th gen 4runner that I had just purchased. I wanted something that rode as soft as factory so he recommended going with Bilstein 6112 and 5160 out back with Rear OME soft springs. I am so glad I went this route because out of all the lifted vehicles I have owned this one is by far the best riding one. Reach out to Eddie and he with treat you right and the guy actually cares and that makes the biggest difference! Thank you Eddie and Mudify! I will be buying skid plates from you in the near future.

The process seems a bit disconnected. They couldn't answer online, they didn't call back as they stated. It took a day to make contact who stated they would send tracking information, which didn't happen and two days later it arrived. So you'll get it, you just won't know when...

As expected! Thank you! Box came in nice undamaged. Everything inside was secured and good. The base rack was in new condition. Everything was great.

From beginning with the information about shipping to Europe/Austria and the confirmation that all items (springs and shocks) are labeled with the expected OME number., till the fast shipping, all worked perfect.
In case nobody in austria can sell such items, I will chosse the same way with Mudify again.

Was informed by Mr. Wheels that struts would be assembled in house and shipped to me, simply bolt on new assembly, no perch mounts sent and rear blocks were 1" instead of 2" as stated. Disappointed to say the least
