Therefore, I would highly recommend mSpy for monitoring Android devices, rather than iOS.

I purchased their product on an annual license. When I installed it in the device I wanted to monitor, I quickly found out that the WhatsApp messages can only be retrieved if you plug the phone via cable to a computer. This has also been confirmed by their support department.

There is no information at all about this in their website. None. I asked for a full refund, and they won't give it to me. Pretty $#*!ty experience. They'll never have me as a customer again.

I'm going on as many sites to expose these frauds. Their app is lousy and if you notice they try to suppress honest reviews with their bot reviews. They take renewal subscriptions 4 months ahead of when they are due. So if you pay for a 12 month subscription your really paying for 8 months or in my case I guess I was lucky for 11 months before I got charged again. Ask for a refund? Don't make me laugh. Don't bother with this app unless you enjoy stress and migraines.

Absolutely awful consumer service. Purchased a subscription on Christmas day, but selected the wrong one, amount didn't come and payment went through. Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY in the wish to just swap it for a different subscription and was basically told no. Then received rude emails in response. Not I have a subscription I won't use that cost me over £60. Will never use this company and wouldn't recommend anyone else to as the customer service is disgusting

Don't waste time and money. The team billing replays within 24 hours but in vain. Since November 21, I had texted the billing team and made many refund request statements. On December 3, they assigned me new ticket id(as shown on screen shot image). I didn't use the app at all. Today is December 5, the team billing still ignores my request of refund. To be honest,I will update my review if there recent news.

Photos/videos unable to be viewed even after download. Got a few emails. Can only read about a sentence for each note. Attached files unable to view. No sms viewing. No iMessage viewing. No Snapchat viewing no Facebook no what's app no nothing. I maybe got 3% of what was promised. I want my money back unless this can be fixed please thanks. I also cannot unlink device and reinstall the same device for some reason so I can't even just try it again. I'm really angry and upset. I just lost a lot of money that I needed but was willing to use it specifically for these next few days. Please help me
