A representative from Moxie Pest Control came to my door in July 2022 and I agreed to try Moxie to spray for bugs and de-webbing. The representative told me its a quarterly billing with a first quarter discounted rate of $79 and then it would be $180. I agreed to with the understanding from the representative that I can cancel it any time I am dissatisfied, with the only caveat being if I cancel it will have to pay an additional $100 for cover up for the first quarter discounted price.
As I was not so happy amount I was paying for the service, I cancelled it this month Dec2022. Moxie charged me $221 for "Early Cancellation Start Discount Reimbursement. Service". Called up the Moxie, no changes.
Looks like to get business they will lie to you about the cancellation charges. Be aware of them.
