I'm very disappointed with Movado. I changed the battery and lost one of the tiny screws in the back, they refused to sell me one. I can understand not selling a movement, or internal part, etc. but a screw in the back? They want me to mail the watch to them, they will sell me the screw for $4.00 plus labor, plus shipping it back, plus tax, for a total of around $50.00 to replace 1 small screw for outside the watch. I would never buy from such a company again, or one of their other brands like Movado, EBEL, Concord, Olivia Burton, MVMT, Coach Watches, HUGO BOSS Watches, Lacoste Watches, Tommy Hilfiger Watches and Scuderia Ferrari Watches. Neither should you! That's my opinion.
Tried to purchase a watch online via their site. Movado cancelled the transaction with no explanation x 2, even though the credit card transactions charge went through without a hitch each time. When I called their customer service reps, it was the dumb and dumber show with a promise to call me back after researching the matter. Never called me back. Yeah... its no Amazon.
