PLEASE BEWARE! If you can possibly obtain another internet provider, please do so! The above company is falsifying plans that they offer, and will just place you with a plan that you didn't even ask for. Their customer service departments sure leave a lot to be desired with Morris and Optimum! The billing department never knows how to rectify your issues. They try to charge you for the same payment over and over again, and/or they just decide not to post your payment after they have debited it out of your bank account. Morris Broadband used to be a halfway decent internet provider, but now that Optimum has taken over, they are a total nightmare! The left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. They want to pacify you instead of answering your questions, because they don't have any answers. Every time I have been by their office, it has been packed with angry and frustrated people. It never used to be like that. Sad to say, they are losing all their customers across the board because of their poor training, unprofessionalism, and negligence. STAY AWAY!
