“I am not an online shopping addict but couldn't resist...”

I am not an online shopping addict but couldn't resist their cute tshirts. Purchased an L size but they sent an M. Emailed multiple times with no response. No refund or any kind of follow ups. Very disappointed. Gave me a very negative online shopping experience.
