“Lower quality moissanite than promised, bogus certificate”

Moissaniteengagementrings.com.au gave me a certificate for a moissanite stone that had nothing to do with the stone I bought and had misleading specs. The stone I received was a lower colour and clarity than what I ordered, and I was extremely disappointed when I discovered their "GRA certificates" came from a bogus organisation. Also, they promised my moissanite ring would be handmade - I discovered it was actually cast. Terrible experience

Tip for consumers:
Do your research. They use fake pictures, article links, certificates, and operate out of a co-working office.
