Very happy with swimsuits I ordered. All were as pretty as pictured, they seem well made. Larger selection than anywhere. Prices were great. Even living in Sunshine state, it is hard to find stylish suits at an affordable price. Shipping was very fast. Part of my order I received in less than 2 weeks.
The jewelry is cute & very affordable. My granddaughter loves it.

I ordered 6 dresses in different sizes feeling confident that I wouldn't have issues with a return. WRONG
I was within the return time, spoke to customer service and they simply denied return.
The quality of the dresses were nicer then I expected and I could have bought my regular size. Now I have 6 dresses to donate.
Buyer beware just don't expect the ability to return.

You can't go to their site to leave feedback, they either pick the reviews or write them

This was my first time of ordering from you, I purchased 2 items same size. Ome fit nicely one did not. I didn't realize the return shipping cost and that refund was a site credit. The one item I kepp is great and I really liked the one I returned but the next size up would have been too big. With this in mind I will be ve very cautious as to what I will try to purchase again.

This exchange was through email which worked just fine

I purchased a XXL Bathing suit top in June 2022. It was way too big. So I returned it in June. The CS rep helped with the label, and said there would be no charge. I mistook it for meaning no charge for an exchange for a size Large as well.
I finally contacted Modlily in August by e mail, regarding my exchange. "May" answered each correspondence within 24hours. I greatly appreciated her diligence to get this issue resolved. I received my bathing suit top yesterday. I really like it.

Horrible experience. I will never shop at Modlily again. I've been trying to return items for weeks now. My account states there are no items. Nothing shipped, nothing ordered. I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions and nothing. Now I'll be stuck with these items that do not fit. Waste of money, with no customer support. I'm extremely dissatisfied. Yet, they won't get back to me.

I have purchased dresses and bathing suits from ModLily for the past 4 years. The quality has always great, true to size for US women, and the clothing has always been the same as represented in the photos. I have had to return a few items and have not had an issue with that either. Every time I wear a ModLily item I get compliments. I especially love how they design bathing suits for real women of all sizes!

This outfit fits perfect. It looks stunning and the quality is very good. I received it much faster than expected. The fit is true to size however I do need to hem the chiffon which I was expecting by the previous reviews (I'm 5'5). I also am wearing a small heel. The color is gorgeous. Love this outfit.

Very satisfied with both pieces. They are true to the size ordered. Wish it didn't take so long to arrive.

I ordered 4 clothing items. One item was damaged during transport. Modlily graciously dealt with that return. I needed to return the other three items, as they did not fit or work for my occasion, but communication via my email as directed by Modlily did not address my return request, and looks like I'm not getting a refund.

Totally disappointing thin material cheaplook. Not like pictures at All! Pads in tops were disfigured ( bent indents) you get what you pay for Never Again! I will continue to spend good money on my swim wear rather then waste money

After ordering I discovered clothing going to wrong address. Did an online chat with your employee and was promised that the address would be changed or order cancelled. Unfortunately this did not happen. The day of delivery I was able to convince the post office to intercept the package and deliver to my correct address. So I did get the merchandise in a timely manner but Definately stressful. I also love all the clothing.

I'd seen pictures of clothing from ModLily for awhile on my Facebook page, finally decided to place an order. I ordered 3 tops: a white blouse, a Christmas fun print and a layered-look cowl neck tunic. I received my shipment in 2 packages within 10 days. After trying on the tops, 1 didn't appeal to me, and I chose to return it for credit. The return process was simple, quick, and I've already been credited toward another purchase. I don't usually order clothing online, but ModLily is a great company for customer service.

Modlily has an excellent selection or fashionable women's swimwear. Their selection is the best I have seen from most retailers. The products are well made and the fit is a little on the large side. The customer service is excellent however it is mostly done through email. The product I ordered was not available in the size selected so I had to wait a a couple weeks longer to receive the product.

I received all items very quickly and all items were in new condition upon receipt. I love that the sizes offered are true to my size, not having to go up or down accordingly. I made an inquiry to customer service and it was taken care of within 24 hours! I will continue purchasing items from this company. They have quality clothes with good prices.

Thrilled with my recent purchases. They took about 3 weeks to come but I expected that. The tops I bought were good quality, a good fit and good value for money.

I had returned 2 dresses, to small, corresponding back a forward. New dresses are on there way. Just in time for hens day and wedding

I ordered 6 tankini tops, 2 came with shorts that were way to short for me, (have stuff in my cart still too I'm addicted to your stuff.) would it be possible to offer different lengths when ordering a tankini set, I'm a medium, but wear 8" shorts because of varicose vein's I don't want people to have look at. I've noticed a few pairs of shorts say how long but most don't, I have my shorts to match the tops I bought from you so I can wear them, but I would've picked out more but those shorts are too short for me, I'm 5'3", 140 pounds medium fits me perfectly on top.
They're very heavy good quality material too which is nice knowing they'll last. Sunshine was very helpful too, the pictures are to show how short the shorts are, wish you could pick your own lengths is the only downside to this site, the longer shorts in this picture are from $#*!s sporting goods, the other cyan colored ones are from your site, I would love to purchase them from you because I need a navy blue pair as well. Please don't log this as a complaint, I am VERY satisfied with everything I've received to date. This is just an idea to help us older ladies cover our thighs a little bit more,

My swimming costume hem is a raw edge, which to me is unfinished. Quite disappointing. I tried without success to contact the company.

Modlily is a legitimate site and clothes are of competitive department store quality. My sizes were available in most styles I liked, and are true to the size chart measurements. You have to check each item for size, though, as in some you'll need to either go up or down a size. Delivery took over a month to get to me in Ontario Canada but overall a good experience.
