After purchasing a car from them there was a very aggravating rattling noise so we took it back to them. They couldn't figure what it was. So they said they replaced the muffler. The noise still continued after that. We took it back and they said they didn't know where it was coming from and said as long as there isn't a safety issue you can drive it with no other issues. We went to our own mechanic and they said that the muffler needed to be lowered and that's why it's banging on the metal above it. The old muffler must have also been placed in the wrong position as to why the noise was there before and after the car was fixed improperly. We went back to them to show them what the issue was and they said it past the 30 days that they weren't going to fix it. Rob the boss said in the beginning even if it's past the 30 days that they would honor it because it's the same issue they had been working on during the 30 days. So basically he lied. If these mechanics can't even figure out what they did wrong and can't figure out what the problem is, it's very scary as to what they could be doing to your car.
