These guys from Midland van lines moved me so well that I still can't believe it. They were right on time and very smoothly moved me out of my old place. All the furniture, glassware, expensive items and fragile items were nicely protracted. They delivered on time and everything was intact! Not even a scratch! These guys have the prices and the best team. They certainly know how to move you without any pain. I strongly recommend this moving company to all because you will not find a better moving company!

Agreed to list of exact items and price and size of truck 26 ft. Movers showed up without even loading anything dictated that the items are 'too big' will exceed allotted space and will have to charge unspecified extra. When I bring up the contract they yell at me n hang up on me. Refuse to do their job. Refuse to return deposit. Total scum bags. They lie about everything, from cost to delivery time, to ways to pay.
They want all the money up front before you can see how they destroyed your items.
They think 21 business days between pick up and delivery is no problem. Because everyone can live without all of their stuff for a month. And don't try to resolve it, they just lie even more and threaten to cancel the contract and put your stuff up for auction.
They literally hold your whole life hostage.
I've never met a company that only takes cash on delivery, is it because they tear up so much stuff that they know you can dispute their shoddy services?

Quoted $20,000 with $8000 deposit. 3 days before pickup raised it to $30,000. Took 3 weeks for IL to NH. During move demanded $1800 to use 2 smaller trucks in NH. This was a scam as big single truck used; no refund of $1800. Would not unload unless balance paid in Cash; would not accept bank certified check- -I went to bank and got $4400 cash.
Some new clothes items missing ( Lands End winter jacket $200, as example.
Threw cardboard, tape, and paper everywhere and refused to remove mess: "we are movers, not garbage men". I had paid beforehand for complete unpacking and removal of debris: "Adrian: just relax, you won't have to do a thing".
Was told to expect all movers to have 5+ years experience. Instead 3 of 4 movers were under 25 and lived locally and gave impression that this was just an odd day job they were hired for. They were not movers.
Final impression: a big scam, posing as movers but in reality a group renting trucks and hiring men wherever the final destination is. Don't trust Adrian ("have a blessed day"), Michal who raises price by 50%. Or Ivan, who would not unload until I gave him cash. Since they would not take a check I assume they split the $4400 amongst them. A little bonus, no doubt.

They gave me one estimate of $3600 to move from Colorado to Connecticut and instantly it became $5700 when they got to my house. This is after I actually sold three giant items out of what they based the estimate based on. So less cubic feet should've been a lot less money, not $2,100 over what they quoted. It's been a month since I've been here, and Daniella from customer service is not calling back. Each time I call she insists that she called and left me a message. She was supposed to look at the "bill of lading" since I signed it, that's what she'll go by.
I insisted when they got there that there's no way for me to measure cubic feet or confirm it. If I want to move, I better sign it.
It's all a lie.
They broke my furniture. Broke expensive dishes. The guy that delivered the furniture in CT yelled at me, and I'm pretty sure he is the one that hit my car when I saw it after they left.

Do yourself a favor, DON'T USE THEM. Liars.

Hire Midland van lines and moving will be fun and easy! I hired them a month ago and I do not regret it for a second. The moving team came on time on the day of the move. Trust me when I say this, they are very friendly and kind. You will love their company! They will move all your things with great care and before you know it, everything will be ready to go in no time. They are very professional and efficient too. They lost a valuable piece of art. Opened my 3 wardrobe boxes and jammed all my closes. Hats and shoes into one box! Midland Van Lines has acknowledged the loss and damage but refused compensation. I have been forced to hire a lawyer to obtain compensation.

I hired them because we needed a reliable company, and our move was happening on short notice - luckily they had the availability. I hired them for the full service packing. They did pretty well overall. While packing one of my kitchen items, I had to ask one of the packers to use more bubble wrap on one of my large pitchers, and called on the foreman to assist. A couple pieces of kitchen glassware arrived broken, but they did provide compensation for it. Overall this company did a good job but could have packed some kitchen glassware a bit better.

I hired Midland van lines in such a rush basically because I had to move on a three days' notice. Frankly, I was expecting problems and issues just like any move. When the men arrived at my home, I thought they were very professional and well equipped. They took such a short time in packing and loading my stuff to their vans. They even helped with the furniture I was going to leave behind; they gave me the phone number of a very good charity. They delivered my valuables right on schedule. I think I got either really lucky with this company or they really are a trustworthy and reliable moving company.

Nothing holds true from their promises. I don't want to say this but the way they are doing business is really, really dishonest and full of cheating. I definitely will tell my acquaintants to avoid them at any cost. May God punish them, sooner or later.

Adrian is a complete jerk and wasted my time. He sounded great on the phone but when I looked up his company I found really bad reviews of his company so I decided to not go with him. When he called me back I didn't feel like saying "your reviews are awful and your company failed my due-diligence process" so I said I answered and spoke to him for 30 seconds and told him I went with another company and he gets pissed off and says "wow thanks for wasting my time" and hangs up on me. This is the level of customer service they have for you. Once you can't pay them, they tell you to "F Off". Adrian is a terrible person and you shouldn't trust him or this company. I found so many websites with bad reviews with mid van lines and I also found multiple BBB profiles as they create a new one every few years to avoid all the bad ones. Don't fall for their profile scams.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with, will steal your deposit; inflate prices and never communicate. Avoid this terrible company like the plague that it is and never pay a deposit for a move before hand. Live and learn and avoid midland van lines..

Midland van lines has really proven how capable they are during my move. I had heard about this company before. But working with them was a whole different experience. They seemed so professional and helpful when I called them on the phone. It was really easy to get a quote and the number seemed very fair to me. They sent over four movers on the moving day who were all properly equipped. They used their tools properly to pack up my 3-bedroom house in under 2 hours. I paid them for the whole 2 hours. There were no glitches while loading the van and soon they were off to the destination. The delivery was made on the first scheduled day sharp at 10 am. I don't know how they manage to work so efficiently. But Midland van lines is definitely the top moving company in the country.

I thought moving would be a disaster because I hired a moving company that I had no knowledge about. I expected the worst and just went on with it. But I did not know this moving company would impress me instead. They were amazing! All the people were professional, efficient and caring. They moved all the furniture very nicely and gently. I hired Midland to move my mother's belongings from NC to CA after she passed away in December 2023. They took about 40 days and on the day they were supposed to deliver I called to find out why they were late. Then the driver told me the truck was stolen. I had an AirTag in one of the boxes and was able to find where the truck was deserted, after my Mom's life belongings were torn apart and sent out to thieves, pawn shops, and wherever else. I was able to find some of it in an abandoned alleyway/homeless encampment but not much. Midland apparently subcontracted to outfits and cannot tell me who they gave our belongings too. I have yet to get police reports or any other documentation. Plus they made me pay owed and more to turn my few belongings over to me. Demanded cash and would not give a receipt. Terribly, terribly, wrong. And I am heartbroken over losing so much of my Mom's life and my memories. They never bothered to let me know….

This is the worst moving company. They under quoted us then when they had us in a last minute crunch upped the price by 2,000.00. They broke my grandmother's antique chest and promised to fix it but when our stuff arrived they never did. They don't return your calls or emails. When you do talk to someone they are rude or hang up on you. This company doesn't care about you there all about the money. When our things were delivered my family had to help unload there was only the driver, no movers. This has been nothing but stress with this company. Take your chance but you'll be sorry.

This was my best mover in a long time, I've hired some moving companies before to move me but this one with Midland van lines was the best so far, price was fair and the crew were amazing at packing, loading and at the delivery as well. Special thanks to the foreman. He was very helpful and very good at what he was doing. He explained everything to me and the process of the whole move and delivery. Very clean and professional crew. They packed everything in the truck and left in less than 5 hours of work, they worked so hard. They deserve every Penny I paid them.
