I saw their ad on Facebook, so I decided to check them out. The prices where very affordable considering the brand. I placed my order on April 3rd, 2024. Everything went through smoothly. Later on I got an shipping email, with an expectant delivery date of Mon. April 8, ok cool. Mon. Goes by no delivery, checked tracking again and it now has the 9th. Tues. Goes by no delivery, & now it says the 10th. There hasn't been an update in tracking since Sat April 6th. I called MK, the rep tells me that "UPS couldn't delivery the package, so it was transferred to USPS, and to give it more time. Ok...Wed goes by, no delivery. I called USPS and I was told "they haven't received the package." Called MK back and a rep says they have received it, that they have confirmation that they did. That it takes USPS a little more time to deliver sometimes and to give it more time. If I hadn't received it by Fri or Sat. Called them back for a refund."
Now between three phone calls to MK, asking for my refund, they're constantly repeating themselves every time. Now, there hasn't been an update in days, USPS says they didn't receive it and to call the retailer, but MK email tracking keeps changing the delivery date. I asked to speak to a supervisor after the rep said "she had spoken to one for a resolution and they said to "give it more days." After putting me on hold, she said no supervisor was available they were all in a meeting." How convenient they're all of a sudden unavailable and in a "meeting" now, when I wanted to talk to him or her. So I asked, "didn't you just speak to one about my issue?" She stammered a little and said, "we have a certain way to communicate by phone" or something. Blah blah blah at this point with me.
Now the date says Mon. April 15th. I doubt if I'll ever get my order, but come Thurs. I will get my refund or I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs. This was my first and absolute last time ever ordering for this place. Money and time wasted. At this point I think it was either lost or stolen. Oh well...
UPDATE 4/15/24...
UPS confirmed the tracking number MK sent me wasn't their's. USPS also called and confirmed they never received the package. MK said I would get a full refund, but they lied again and took $15 from my refund without any explanation. BUYER BEWARE! From my experience it's a complete scam. Buy in-store and in person.
