I ordered a leather wallet with a monogram on it for Christmas for my wife when I received my order it had the incorrect monogram on it so I returned the wallet for an exchange. Come to find out that they only give refunds and not correct their mistake. I called customer service for a resolution but to no avail. Micheal Kors does not take care of its customers. I will not order from them again and don't recommend them. I will take my business elsewhere.
Ordered two purses. First one came and I was totally happy. Second was delivered and it was clearly used and abused. I reached out to costumer service only to be told that I would not receive a replacement but to just return the item. Okay…. But are you not a little concerned that you are selling used merchandise for hundreds of dollars?!?
