I have been a customer scenes they have opened and they are a great company that will go above and beyond to get you the deals and discounts you deserve when you are one of there customers I am still with them going on 9 years and there family plan is the absolute best thank you metro for all you do and keeping me and my family close even when we are far away

Dont fix/ sell cheap.

Last month... my auto-pay went through...
Today it says my card is bad in the morning I went to DD's and bought some coffee and a sandwich and then tonight I went and bought a sandwich of the Mobil gas station it worked OK Google says that my card is no good...
Call to my credit card discovery which is a great idea actually have humans that are in America that actually answer the phone and they said Metro to not resent any Bill to them for me...

So upon joining Metro PCS I learned that they have nothing to do with Google Google and Metro are two separate organizations but using the combined organization together are not allowed to stop scammers from Google as MetroPCS but at the same time Metro will sell you a phone that Google will provide service through the internet which allows you to be hacked through Metro and they can't do nothing about it you have to contact Google which if you contact Google does never apply to any of the phone service at all so if you're getting hacked through Google Metro is not reliable for that huh ain't that some issues that needs to be solved allowing hackers to take your financials change your passwords and more without Metro being held responsible at all and Google just let it happen because they have Wikipedia and Wikipedia is offset from Google so therefore you can be hacked through any means that Google supplies safety but no safety nets what a weird thing to have happen to someone when they're trying to get on with their life but can't even get their life together because the two organizations have nothing to do with each other but they're both through the same phone this needs to be fixed people need to be able to say that hey one person's held responsible for all about food for thought
