The GOOD: Easy parking, located in a shared office setting. Running 45 min late- Did text and tell me that behind 15 min.

The BAD: 1. "Area" covered in groupon is about 1/10th of what would be termed a medical or anatomical "area"- it is only a 1" x 2" segment- so once they have you in there, you need to purchase more "segments" to have a full area covered. They are quick to say you can return the groupon but they already have you there. LACK of INTEGRITY & TRANSPARENCY in GROUPON INFO
2. Only 1 technician trying to handle multiple patients at once
3. Amount of PAIN is way more than cold sculpting and not told enough ahead of time to take pain reliever(I have hi pain tolerance)

REALLY BAD: Only had 1 large ice pack so used 1st 1/2 of treatment then needed to replace with small hard ice packs for second side. One ice pack was NOT covered properly and caused a 3.5" x1.5" painful BURN during treatment which has lasted 5 days and despite doing daily 30 min massage twice a day has continued to be hard area above treated site.
