Stay away at all cost. The sizes are not accurate, the item received didn't match with what I saw on web. When asked to return, I was told to take to USPS, at my expense and forge on the custom doc to show $15 when I paid $115. They offered no help. I don't see any of these requirement on the web concerning returns.
Upon reviewing the merchants information, the charge was done at a computer store!
Terrible company and customer service. Order two months ago, still not get my item. Totally a Scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
They sent wrong item.I sent numerous pictures and only requested store credit plus entire shipping as it was a mistake on their end.Now I have filed with my CC company and got full refund.BEWARE they are a company based in CHINA and it is very costly to return item and they will tell you to lie about value on customs paperwork.I HAVE THAT IN WRITING.

I wanted to cancel my order less than 24 hours 30 min after I got the email they shipped the item.
After back and forth emails they agreed to have me to ship the item back, but they never picked it up and never issued me a refund for around $200!
BUYERS BEWARE! I have been trying to exchange a ring for a month now. I keep writing to them and they keep emailing me back telling me that they are "working on it." (Which they are NOT). They claim they will exchange or refund within 30 days, but they DO NOT ANSWER. I went to their site and followed their return policy and filled out the return/exhange form as directed and guess what? I took it to the post office, had to fill out a customs form and was informed by the postal clerk that MAXINE DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OF JEWELRY! WHAT?!? THAT IS ALL THAT THEY SELL! Give me a break! Now, I am stuck with a cheap ring that did not look as advertised. DO NOT BUY from this company!

Gorgeous product, came pretty quickly, and decent price. I was a little disappointed bc I wore my rings a lot, and one lost 3 stones (of about 16) in 3 months. They gave me a choice to return it for free repair or get a duplicate ring for 30$. I wasn't sure how it would go if I sent it back, so I opted to buy a duplicate for 30$. Planning to baby it more! But I really love the sona diamonds and the fact that they are socially and environmentally more responsible. I would have liked them to offer to replace it free, and then I would have given 5 stars.

Have had mine for 3 years. Rarely ever take it off. No stones fall out and when it looks dull I just clean it! Love mine. I wear It through everything.
I have ordered from Maxine's a few times so far I've had no problems, fast shipping, Great quality however, if I do have any issues with them in the future as an Internet investigator, I will shut them down immediately. I am reading some reviews on here that I'm not happy with, but these are taken care of within the next 30 days I will further my investigation of the company.
Tip for consumers:
They advertise on their website that they do take full returns. I’m hearing from many people that they are ignoring them, blocking their returns from being shipped back and not taking them that is fraud that needs to be checked into.
