Is there such a thing as a negative 5 rating?
I have been trying for three weeks to get my money back, they keep coming up with excuses as to why you shouldn't cash in. And they actually block your account when to try to withdraw. The money you think you are making is not really there, it's falsely inflated. Agent Brian Goodman. I spoke to a "manager" yesterday, who I later found out was fake, who said he would arrange the transfer of my funds in about 3 hours and call me - never did.
They are fraudulent, crooked and criminals. I'm still trying to get my money, and will eat my words if I actually get it back
Stay tuned! I'll keep you posted..

I, like too many others, have the same experience as others, with the same 2 scammers at Maven; Luke & Anna. STAY AWAY! They have locked my initial investment and any "profit" in a wallet that I have no access to. What a joke and a lesson learned.
Sad that this takes place, but buyer beware.

Verified purchase

Thus far my experience with them has been negative. I allegedly earned reasonable profits but withdrawing said profits were impossible and the company wanted more money deposited in order to release the funds I invested and earned. I got help from BRO ADO AK-CAP ITAL COM who helped me get all my funds back. Dont let them get away with it.

Tip for consumers:
DONT LET THEM GO!!!

I'm still convinced that all or most of the positive reviews here are from staff or on the take. If not, I challenge you to attempt to make a withdrawal of some or all of your funds and still author a positive review. My experience has been totally negative, along with many others on various review sites. Maveninteractive is a giant SCAM.

Tip for consumers:
I didn’t do my homework on checking out Maveninteractive before I invested. There’s an abundance of SCAM warnings about this company that would have alerted me to their criminal activity. Do your homework before throwing your money away.

Avoid at all costs, they will steal your money and pretend they are actively trading. It's all a sham and your investment is really gone. Please avoid at all costs. Positive reviews will all be fake

Maven Interactive is a scam. They very aggressively pursue investment funds and pretend to invest it for you. The investments will show an impressive profit as long as investment capital is coming in. When you request a funds withdrawal you will not get it. I made numerous requests to withdraw funds. The requests show as pending for a while then disappear from the history. They started a highly leveraged, money losing trade to drain the equity from my account. I noticed the trade after about an hour and stopped it. I asked my agent, Anna Tutova, if she had started this trade. She informed me the trades were opened by the "Dealing room" and were opened automatically. I asked her to shut off the auto trading function and not start any more trades without discussing with me first. She agreed and stopped the auto trader.
I requested help from Anna at 6:08 AM Thursday Nov 10th. I told her I wanted to withdraw 5000 USD and start some trades with the remaining equity and requested her help to get started. I didn't hear back from her until Monday morning. On Thursday I started making small trades and cautiously built up my equity. I traded all day Thursday expecting to hear back from Anna at some time. I again traded all day Friday without hearing from Anna. As my equity was growing, I made larger trades. I traded Saturday and Sunday and built my equity to around 25 million USD. When I opened my account Monday morning the 25 million in equity had been removed and the activities history had been altered to remove the record of my trades. I was informed by Anna and her manager that the company prefers to send me my investment and close the account. That is fine. They also said that the profit of 25 million USD will remain with the company. This is not fine. I do not agree to the company taking my profit.
They again started heavily leveraged trades with no stop loss limits to drain the equity from my account. They blocked my access to all of the functions of my account. I can see the running trades but can no longer start or stop a trade or set stop loss or take profit limits. I can no longer request a withdrawal of funds. Any move I attempt tells me to consult my agent. My agent, Anna Tutova, no longer replies to my communications on WhatsApp or email. My account is effectively view only. I suspect it will soon be empty. I have emails, video, screen caps and log files showing all I have described.

Tip for consumers:
This site is a scam. Please do not send them your money!

Maveninteractive CAN NOT be trusted with your money. I was uncomfortable with how things were going forward when I gave away my bank draft. I started getting nervous when he pressured me that I was not investing enough money, but by then, it was too late. I just wanted to start slow and build up trust. I told him not to trade my money bc it was not the right timing. Maven did not answer my calls after they cashed my bank draft. He started trading, did not listen, and I lost over $6000 in one week. Six thousand dollars may be very little money for some people; how badly the tables turn when Maven gets your money.

Dec 1,2022 - I called customer support for help. They told me they would give me my money back; I just had to get a digital wallet. Furthermore, Maven support informed me that their legal department would contact me about this Trustpilot message. I decided to remove the message to get some help. Lesson learned that is how Maven gets you off the phone.

Dec 15,2022 - After getting a digital wallet, I waited on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes. I received no help from customer support at Maven Interactive. Just a waste of time and money.

Dec 16,2022 - I was waiting again on hold for Maven support *******046 for 1 hour and 3 minutes with no help nor anyone answering the phone. It is an immediate place on hold with no hello or anything. Is this a company that you are trusting with your money?

Dec 19,2022 - I have phoned customer service at Maven Interactive at least once a day for a week; the hours I have waited on hold. They keep me on hold for hours and don't answer my call. The manager who lost my money phoned me this morning to bully me. I will keep you all posted when they answer my call. These are the people that we trust to invest our hard-earned money!?

Dec 20,2022 - I woke up this morning to my manager at Maven sending me multiple messages on What's app bullying me. Is that the way you want to wake up in the morning?!? Yikes! However, Maven support finally answered my telephone call this morning. I have been calling multiple times daily for two weeks. I could not believe my ears that there was a person on the phone speaking to me. This person was patient, did not yell at me and was human. Progress!

Dec 21,2022 - Crickets. Yesterday, Maven support promised to refund my money, and I was promised my money back in one to three days. Dec 20 was day 1, and today is day 2. I am not holding my breath. My manager texted me another brutal morning message, promising me he would not waste my money again, Thank you, Mr. B! Maven can not be trusted with your money.

Dec 23,2022 - As expected, Maveninteractive still needs to follow through with my refund. I was on hold with Maven Support on Dec 22 for 1.5 hours without assistance. I am on hold today; it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes, but the day is still young. I have added my picture to this blog to show you that I am a real person who has lost a significant amount of money. This mistake, laps of judgement, stupidity, unwillingness to follow instructions and greed on my manager's part, Mr. B, affected real live people. This mistake he made was due to an everyday transaction that could happen to any one of us. Let us see how long Maven keeps me on hold today?! Is this a company that you want to trust with your money?

Jan 9,2023 Happy New Year? No.
No resolution with Maveninteractive. Mr. B was let go… along with my money. I got the brush off, 'our manager made a mistake, he had some life problems.' Long story short, Maveninteractive is NOT taking responsibility for their actions. Is this the company that you want to trust with your money?
