I bought a London fog 22 inch suitcase at Marshall's use it only once and zipper broke. Had to go to the embarrassment of wrapping it around with plastic. Call manager and refuse the return. Please don't buy suitcase or other traveling related items. You going to get stuck with un useful item and loose your money.

All of a sudden processing and shipping of online orders has come to a screeching halt. I have 2 orders that it took 5 days to acknowledge that I placed an order. Now I am receiving emails stating processing and shipping could take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS! I would really like to know what is going on, but no one will a valid answer.
1) there is charges on Mailing back the return which was not stated at time of purchase/order time.
2) in-store return takes forever - staff needs to manually mark items, match return items to receipt, check each item.
3) the return amount does not go back to the original payment of PayPal which was not stated at purchase/order time.
The entire experience is so negative that I WILL NEVER order online from Marshall's anymore.
Tip for consumers:

I ordered something I really wanted/ needed on 12/30 and the ONLY LaserShip information I have was that my package label was created on 1/5 in Ashburn, VA. This is my first time ordering from Marshalls' on line store and may be my last. Outb of no where, the expected delivery date was changed from arriving between 1/5-1/10 to delivering by the 14th of January shipping was 3-8 standard business days). Again, I have zero tracking information to explain why the delivery was pushed back, where it currently is, or if it's completely lost. So I called the customer service line and, the person I spoke to was friendly. However, I was told to call back on the 15th, if my package hasn't arrived, for a full refund. I don't want a refund! I want/NEED the Juicy Couture keychain tri-fold wallet I ordered. I continously have left my ID and debit card in a uniform pocket or on the TV stand, by my keys, when going food shopping so, yes, this is a need at this points lol. I really hope it comes because I had a promo code for free shipping and they are now sold out so will not be able to find them in store either. Hopefully, if this order has to be refunded, I can find something as cute and cheap on Amazon!

I feel overwhelm by so many cute items you have and the prices are cheap! I read someone said the stores are messy sometimes, I worked at a store and let me tell you: that's because of people. They takes clothes and if they don't like them, they leave them around because it's "the staff 's job" to do it. That's a sad mentality though:/
Anyways, my point is: I love Marshall's because of their cute kitchen items
Bought four pairs of pants online. One did not fit went into store to return,had my receipt but the sales person had a hard time figuring out which pair of pants it was because I threw out the bag came in. All tags remained on the pair of pants.
Why not put the barcode on the pants on the receipt?

I went to the Marshall's in Markville Mall, thee was a staff called SADHANA she was helping my family and was checking the price for a shirt and before she even told us what had happened she took the shirt away and ripped of the price tag then had the audacity to tell me "to go to anothor both and wait I have to help other customers " after roughly 15 minutes my shirt still did not come back so I asked to cancel my transaction but she was like "no I can't cancel your transaction because we need the tag " and I was like we can't have the tag if you ripped it off. Another thing happened at the same Marshalls there was this couple that wanted help and the staff working ignored them sure she mabye did not here them but those lady's said it quite loud and the staff just walked away and from the corner of my eye I saw her roll her eyes
I never received my order from Marshall's. It was shipped through Lasership who is terrible. When I called Marshall's to report this the woman was very rude to me when I tile her Lasership has a one star rating and said they would continue to use them. I did get a refund but I won't shop with anyone that uses Lasership. The packages never arrive.
I was shopping in Marshall's in Ft Myers on Cleveland Ave a few days ago. I found a bunch of lovely clothes at great prices and got a lot of help finding shirts to match pants and skirts to match cute blouses with the help of a wonderful employee named Yolanda! She completed pieces I found into outfits for an upcoming trip. She even found two perfect pairs of shoes for me. I ended up with 3 complete outfits, a new purse and shorts, several shirts all under $250!
However, the best part of my trip to Marshalls believe it or not, was that I left my wallet at the register after checking out. It was there fore 45 minutes before I discovered it missing! My cashier ( whose name I never got) picked it up and kept it safely behind the counter. She told her fellow employee, beautiful Miss Yolanda, what transpired. As I was walking back to see if it could possibly be there Yolanda was calling me to tell me they had it! I was pretty sure the cash and cards would be missing.,but, EVERYTHING was in its place! God bless these wonderful hard working women! Yolanda saw me and said "Boy am I glad to see you!" And gave me a hug! I definitely will be putting Marshall's number 1 place to stop for new clothes and accessories! Not to mention great employees, clean dressing rooms and an organized full stocked store! I'm a Marshall's shopper for life! (Whoever does the hiring, does a great job!)
I placed two orders three days ago, and they are not shipped, and I cannot cancel them. I called customer service to cancel the orders, and they refused to cancel and said they cannot be shipped because of high demand in fulfillment centers.
Of course, these are both lies, and I will return them if I ever receive them and never deal with these crooks again.

If you are shopping for a specific item you might to try other places. However, you can get good buys there. It's hit or miss.
I went shopping at the Marshalls in Simi. My cashier Wendy L. Was absolutely wonderful. She was not only extremely helpful but she had the most positive happy outgoing personality. It was so refreshing to come across someone who is not only doing a great job but actually came across as someone who liked their job.

Ordered many times online & in-store before with no issues. But recently I received the wrong item in the mail. Called to report it & asked for a replacement. No replacement or refund a month later. Lady on the phone asked me to send back the wrong item & place a new order which i did & had to pay for shipping... again. I'm not happy about having to pay for somebody else's mistake (I ordered dry shampoo & received regular shampoo) Product was mislabeled

Tip: its probably best to do returns in-store. These people on the phone are rude & sounds like they are distracted working from home maybe, not sure but definitely made me feel like i was bothering them with my issue. Not helpful at all.
What a disappointment. It's like a flea market. Stuff everywhere. WAY too much merchandise on the floor. Messy & gross. Lines is ALWAYS way too long & not b/c they're busy, it's b/c they gave no help. I used to love shopping here & came 4-5 times a week sometimes. Now I dread coming here. The WORST shopping experience.

The item depend on which location you go to. Some Mrashalls are awesome and some are just not so great. They have an awesome selection of kids clothes and bath and body items.
Do NOT order anything breakable on Marshalls.com. I ordered 2 rattan mirrors & they came completely shattered & broke. A company this big with 0 packaging skills is unacceptable. There was NO protection at ALL. No bubble wrap, nothing. One of the rattan mirrors wasn't even zip tied in, which would have made no difference. I am beyond shocked that any company would allow something like this to be sent out with ZERO protection. Of course it's saturday & they don't have 24 hour customer service. I spent over $50 & I want my refund now. If they want me to ship this back it will be not safe but I will be throwing it back in the box just like they did.
I went today to the Marshalls in Monrovia on Huntington. I had the nicest sales gal MA. I needed a price on a few items that didn't have price tags. She updated the price and took them up to the check out counter. I also didn't wear a mask and showed them my exemption and wasn't hassled. The lady at the door and check out counter were both very helpful too. I didn't get their names. I will definitely go back.
I shop a lot. I often shop at Marshall's and TJ Maxx in their physical stores. I was excited when they began their online stores. The problems begin with their delivery of the merchandise that you have paid for. After the confirmation email it takes a while before you hear from them again. I have received several disappointing emails stating that an item in my order has been cancelled. ( the items are no longer available) The remainder of the order is shipped piecemeal. They usually arrive on three different days in separate shipments. Sometimes you get a tracking number and sometimes you don't. It can be very frustrating waiting for your items to arrive. I have call and emailed them to inquire about my orders and to voice my frustration. It's just not worth the hassle. From now on I will go to the store if I need anything. Marshall's and TJ Maxx Are not ready for E-Commerce. They are NOT DEPENDABLE.
