Problem union dues are payed to a union who represent the administration & being employed under marsden is a blurry line of protection that isnt ment to protect you the employee. The Union doesn't represents African american or anyone who isnt a foreigner meaning the foreigners job is more secure then yours. African americans hired only last 3_6 months if they lucky due to excessive harassment micro managing excessive discriminative practices from supervisors. Dont complain or you end up fired for a unauthorized break they cant prove.
