I cannot say enough about the quality of service, from the moment the purchase is made, to the tracking, to the timing delivery. This is my 2nd purchase and the extensions are of very good quality, price is more then reasonable and the follow up care is top notch. I do not hesitate to tell everyone about this site, especially when they ask about my hair. Thanks again for a great buying experience online.

Tip for consumers:
When not using take care in storing them, this increases the life and look of them.

Do not do business with this scam company. They will suggest a product, assure you that you will be refunded if not satisfied with the UNOPENED & UNUSED product choice. See email correspondance below:...

Tired of the run-around. I still have not been provided the return information. This is bad business and your potential customers need to know this.

I look forward to receiving the instructions for the return and refund for the UNUSED and UNOPENED hair extensions that I requested upon receipt of the delivery. This was your customer service representatives error in suggesting the hair color she did when I asked for the best match.

I am not taking down/editing any review as of yet until this problem is rectified.

I am going to repeat this for the last time, as I believe that I am making myself perfectly clear, and have from the start of our communication: We are not going to dye this hair for any event. Respectfully, I am requesting a full Refund for the unused and unopened item. You are giving me the run-around and I do not appreciate this. I have read and did a "chat" with a representative BEFORE I purchased this item in regards to returns and refunds.

I NEED the RETURN and REFUND instructions. Where do I send the item to? What else do I need to do.

I needs this info. Right away, as I understand there is a window of time for RETURNS for REFUNDS, that is why I emailed immediately after seeing through the plastic case that the hair color was not a match for my daughter's hair.

We are very sorry for that, If you don't return the item, I will give you 5% of the item amount as economic compensation for keeping it. You can try to dyed and use it for your next event. If you still want to return, please don't worry that the return is guaranteed.
Usually we will refund to you after we receive and check the return. And you need to bear the shipping fee and handling fee, The shipping of returns is slow now due to COVID-19, you know that it will need much more time.

Good morning. In the body of this email please find 5 unopened & unused pictures of the hair extensions I ordered and that were delivered to my home yesterday. Respectfully, I am requesting to return the hair extensions for a full REFUND. My order number for these hair extensions is: US*******147H. My original email is: *******@comast.net

The reason for return is that before I even ordered these extensions, I did a live "chat" asking for a recommendation of the closest color to my daughter's Medium Ash Brown hair, and this is the color that the chat agent suggested. Upon delivery, we did not even need to open the hair extension packet because we knew immediately that these extensions are not even close to her hair. These extensions were needed for an event that is taking place tomorrow.

Please advise as soon as possible as to what is needed to return this order for a refund to my checking account.
