Train your staff to provide the correct information on how procedures work. People do not have an unlimited supply of money & cannot afford for your stupidity & laziness in not ensuring you pass along the right information to cost them! I should have listened when fellow SIU students told me not to go here because they weren't good & their service was terrible.
