This is a complete waste of time and money! I gave them an assignment to have done. First of all it was late, then i asked for a review giving clear details of what needed to be changed as it was like a 12 year old wrote it! Then i never heard back, so i submitted the assignment and failed, now i have asked for my money back and this is going on 5 months. Ive emailed, call and keep going to the website to ask and all i get told is "i will have to wait for a review" EVRY TIME! Its absolutely ridiculous! Do not use! It is all fake and crap! Now ive spent over $200 on nothing! You have been warned

My initial draft for review and, if needed, revision was 24 hours late. I chat with customer service representative who tells me she has contacted the worker and they are uploading now. 35 minutes transpire, no file, no email, nothing. I have paid and I have no file and no file takes 30 minutes to upload. She states she will call when he uploads it. Now it is already late, I had been lied to, because clearly the document wasn't uploaded, and I am still awaiting file upload - having paid already. Seeing as it has been hours since lost communication, I am guessing they lied and this person did not finish or do the project and is doing it now. "Wow", is the only way I can respond.
