I ordered a custom- size wedding dress on my sister's behalf in March. Firstly, I'll say agent communication and shipping were a 10/10. I had a query about the tracking no. Once, and they responded on the same day within a few hours. The dress was also shipped quickly, although it reached us only on Apr. 10,4 days after the estimated arrival date (due to an uncontrollable delay in Suzhou). Still not a problem at all. Anyway, her dress came in a durable ziplock bag, with several spare buttons and a nice 'thank you' letter for the customer, so that was great. Fabric thickness and quality were also good. Though I would say to keep in mind a few things... The actual dress looks about 80% similar to the website pictures. The fabric used is crisper and not as 'fluid', so the way it sits on your body will be a little different, especially if you don't have modelesque proportions. Be mindful of the dress design you choose if you're on the shorter and/ or meatier side. The most notable differences I've seen about the actual dress: a) the style of lace used on the neckline, b) the sleeves aren't as fitted, and c) the illusion neckline is not as transparent as shown on the website. Other than that, they didn't skimp on the layers and amount of fabric used, so the actual dress felt sturdy and durable. Cups have also been included, so no bra needed. All in all, not a bad bargain for the price paid. Just be careful choosing a design for your body + height, get a tailor to take your measurements, and everything should be ok.
