The overall look of the place is very nice. My daughter and I was told we had a 45 minute to an hour wait for full set and pedicure. After about 45 minutes we were both called to a seat to get our nails started on. Or so we thought. The lady started on my daughter nails. She put her on some long clear nails with pointy tips. I told her my daughter didn't ask for that type of nail and she wanted squared tips. She took off the 3 nails she started. She asked us if we wanted something to drink and she brought back 1 8oz bottle of water. I guess we were supposed to share. I continued to sit wondering if someone was going to come and get me so I asked the guy walking around telling you how long the wait was going to be and telling you where to sit was the lady doing my daughters nails were supposed to do my nails as well. He told me the lady next to her was going to do my nails. Mind you she had just started on someone's nails. She'd just finished gluing in the lady's tips to start her full set. About after another 30 minutes a guy from a few seats down came and got me. I told him I wanted French tips. He did the tips of the nails with white powder. I told him I'd never seen a French tip like this. He told me it was because all the other people didn't know what they were doing. I'm 49 and have been getting my nails done for centuries and I've only ever gotten French tips. They have always put a pretty good amount of white powder. I've never just had almost the tips of the full set just to have white powder. I let him know I wasn't satisfied. For a full set French tip I was charged 73.00. Their price online said a French tip was 40.00. They charged me 5.00 for long nails. My nails are by no means long at all. Regardless of me asking for a French tip he also charged me for using white powder. Every French tip I've ever gotten was pink and white powder and both powders were included in the price of the French tip. I was charged 30.00 for acrylic. I've only ever in my life paid 1 price for my French tips. I was trying to get him to explain how was I charged for acrylic, French tips, white powder and long nails. All of a sudden his English wasn't too great. He took off 10.00. My daughter was charged 10.00 for long nails. I'm guessing each nail tech charged what they want. The pedicures were mediocre. I guess because we got the 33.00 pedicures and didn't let them talk us into the more expensive pedicures. We were again asked if we wanted something to drink at the beginning of our pedicures. My daughter said she wanted a coke and I said I wanted red wine. The lady repeated back to us what we wanted. She brought me back a water and my daughter nothing. She didn't hardly scrub my feet with the callus remover or the pumice stone. The other lady did scrub my daughter's feet however. The lady doing my feet was more involved in putting lotion and oil on my legs. I thought the focus of a pedicure was the feet. She barely did anything to my feet. The most time she spent on my feet was polishing my nails and mainly because I got French tip polish on my toes so she had to focus to get the white nail polish straight but outside of that her focus was my legs and putting lotion and oil on them. Opposite my nails. There was too much white on my toes. When our ticket was done we walked out of there paying over 200.00. This was a first. My daughter and myself always get full sets or fills, and pedicures. Never once have we paid over 200.00. At the bottom 5 days later my nails looks like I already need a fill. On day 4 my daughter(27 years old) only had 4 nails left so she was able to just pop those off. No nail acetone or anything. They just popped right off. The white polish on day 2 chipped on my toes so I had to apply more white nail polish to my toes so they don't look tacky. I think this place just over charges you in order to pay the rent for the nice establishment. The quality of work is subpar. They can't explain why their prices online is different than what they charge you after they have finished servicing you. It's funny how their English is good when they are talking to you doing your nails and feet but when you question the bill their English becomes limited and they act as though they're doing you a favor by taking off 10.00 off a 220.00 bill. Go anywhere but here. We only went here because we were already in that shopping center and decided to give them a try because it was a nice looking place and the prices were reasonable. I'll never try anywhere again without reading the reviews first. I didn't read the reviews until after we received service. That's when I realized they didn't have a lot of stellar reviews

Tip for consumers:
Read all reviews before you go here and make them tell you the price they are going to charge you before they start working. Do not go by their prices online or their price sheet. Ask them what is considered long because my nails aren’t long and I was charged 5.00 for long nails and a different tech charged my daughter 10.00 for long nails. Ask all questions before they start on you and get prices for the service from the tech before they start so you won’t get a surprise bill. Poor quality nail

Products used:
2 full sets, 1 was a French tip which is generally a little more than a regular full set and 2 pedicures
