Okay i literally don't know what any of these people are talking about cause i love this site. The first time i used it like 3 years ago i was a little upset because i was expecting a fast shipment but it took about 6-9 business days. Then later i came to realize that on the site it actually tells you that some of the products they have come from an outside vendor which they wait till they get to send out your order all together and this is what causes the delay. After understanding that I've never stopped using the site. Love how they tell you the size of the model so you can compare more less to your size. I give this site a 4/5 and not a 5/5 because they could improve on telling you on the spot if something is back ordered instead of telling you once you when you get your order in the invoice. They refund in literally like 2 days so don't let that scare you.

I really love the boots I purchased they are pretty much as pictured in the advertising. However the clothing fit terribly and are made of cheap material. Be very careful what you purchase.

This site keeps changing their name; when they get all their bad reviews, and people start catch on. Their other two names are Rosegal, Rose We, plus there are many more out there-If you notice they shipped from China, make sure you research before ordering. If. You don't you will be out all of your money!

Ordered on 2/24/19. As of 4//9/19 I have received no product or a refund. I have called and sent many E mails with no response. Stay away@ all costs. I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this company

Arrived packaged well, in good condition. Detail was a little less impressive than on screen, but not bad. However, the sweater did not ship for days after initial order was placed. Since it was supposed to be a graduation gift given before the holidays (it was a Christmas sweater) it wasn't quite as meaningful given after December 25. Once it made it out of the warehouse, the package came quickly, but it shouldn't take more than a week to ship a package :(

Do not waste your money or time ordering from this company they take a very long time to deliver your merchandise the customer service is awful they do not answer the phones.
I used to order from them before and although they took a long time I will receive my products I don't know what happened now but I ordered a few things and I still haven't received my product and that was two months ago

Didn't recieve all of my items and the two I did are too small

They don't send you a confirmation number at all. Plus when I ordered it through PayPal their website froze and it told me the payment never went through but when I went onto my bank account it said they did receive the money. I looked up the items on my Lolliculture account it said they received the payment. Anyway it's been a month and no items have been shipped out to me. I glad I went through PayPal though. Oh and by the way they do not answer phone calls and emails. So don't even bother with that. Someone needs to really shut this company down because people are losing their money and it's fraud.

Received a pair of boots for Christmas, they did not fit. Contacted them to see if I could receive an exchange since the size that I wanted was available at the time. At first they did not want to give me an exchange because it had been more than 30 days since they were purchased, after a couple emails they finally told me that I could get store credit so that I could repurchase the boots that I wanted. The first email sent was Jan. 18, it is March 30 and i still have not received any form of store credit. They haven't even answered the last two emails that I have sent.

This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with. If you notice, their prices are nice, but their shipping makes up for it. I ordered many pairs of shoe. I received 3 pair, still waiting for the 4th pair. I called and called... E-mailed 2x. Nothing. I finally get through last night and the woman told me that my one order was canceled. I told her that the other 2 pair received were not true to size, she said that she would have to investigate my claim with their warehouse since all their merchandise is true to size. I was like... Lady, I'm the one who has them. They are too big. No size on the shoes at all. Wouldn't help me out. Still waiting for a phone call back as promised. Nothing, not even a return e-mail. I have yet to receiver a tracking on an order that was placed 9 days ago...

Found a sexy dress for my wife at a reasonable price. However, never received an email confirmation or notice of shipping. I had to call to confirm the order and get the tracking information. Overall a good experience. Just a few tweaks needed.

No complaints, shipping was fast, price was great after discount and nice light quality material. A+

My boots zipper was broken upon arrival and so far the customer service is not helpful

Searching for a dress for New Year's Eve and the wrong item was shipped to me.

Great product and price, but shipping was expensive for this single tshirt.

I placed my order on June 2nd and it still has not been shipped...

Worst customer service ever. Takes forever to ship your items, If they are out of the item u purchased u don't get an email, you get a package with a "refund" handwritten in red. But still have to pay for shipping. Awful awful I give them NEGATIVE 5 stars. Stay far awway
