Ljgrooming

I tried this dog grooming company in la Jolla, 2 different times for my 13 yr old shih tzu, and both times incredibly disappointed!. My dogs nails weren't even cut and I was told to bring him back in 2 weeks!(?). Ears not cleaned,paws not trimmed, the haircut:, he barely got a haircut(see photos). I realized the reason is so you have to come back and spend another $100 much too soon after your appointment. The last groomer was yelling "she didn't want to do any more dogs" the last time I was there for my appointment which showed that Workers obviously not happy to be there, so your dogs are going to not be groomed well at all.i only tipped the groomers out of pity for their unhappiness in being there. This is a tiny space, only in business 1 yr and the owner is totally unprofessional and with no customer sensitivity or caring. Strongly recommend going anywhere else if you Love your dogs!
