I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received from a lovely girl! She is professional, fast, patient and incredibly attentive to the needs and concerns of clients. What should have been a frustrating exchange for the two of them (returns are never fun), they strived to be an absolute BREEZE thanks to excellence in communication, problem solving and charm. I cannot recommend this boutique higher, she is the epitome of customer service that went well!
I haven't bought anything from lilicloth, however I have been trying to check out with free shipping with way over $200.00 worth of clothing. They add shipping charges, which are way over $100.00 if you go below $109.00. That excludes final price items, and discounts you add. Ridiculous! $100.00 for shipping clothes is insane.

Easy shop, reasonably fast delivery. Although Sequins are falling off without even wearing the dress. However overall great shopping experience.

Fit what I was looking for.
There are many different shirts with neat sayings on them. I have ordered quite a few over the last several years and haven't had any problems. There was a misunderstanding reference the shipping on my last order and customer service responded back quickly to help me understand.
The quality is top-notch, with sturdy material and spacious compartments. It's become my go-to bag for errands or a day out. The playful design never fails to bring a smile to my face. Highly recommended for fellow feline enthusiasts!

Fantastic site for a wide variety of clothing and accessories. Orders always arrive very fast and with incredible quality. You MUST try it!
Better-than-average experience, except... no matter how many times I go to MENS, when I pick a specific T-shirt design from a page of mens T-shirts it shows me a variety of colors - 75% of which are womens (or maybe just the picture is of the womens version?) and some of which aren't even T-shirts. Nobody else does this, it's hella confusing.
Update after receiving both T-shirts: prompt delivery and basically as-expected, but both shirts look like they are printed just SLIGHTLY crooked. A few degrees, not enough to make it worth returning them, just enough to bug me every time my eye catches it.

Personally, it is difficult for me to shop at a physical store and find items that fit my body type and style, but this website has it all to my liking. I love their fashion sense and great low prices, but check the size chart before ordering.

It was easy to locate what I wanted and read the size chart. There were several payment options. Gift shirt arrived before Christmas.

Some clothes didn't fit but the return process is such a hassle that I didn't bother to try. Shipping cost is high enough for the purchase that having to return something and pay for the shipping again means I might as well cut my losses and donate the items that don't fit to a charity. I really do like the clothes that fit but I doubt I'll shop at lilicloth or the other sites that seem identical again.
I really love the prints, especially the floral ones that look 3 dimensional.

You throw so many banners and pull-downs and crap in front of your shoppers, it's miraculous anyone can actually finish their $#*!ing order!

Shipping was faster than other websites. The shirt I ordered was too small. Customer service refunded my money because there was no longer a larger size. They were quick to help and gave me several options that I could choose from that best suited my needs.
There is too much product to go through. I wanted to see everything and than make a final decision, but the pages seemed endless
For the sister clothing, was looking for a matching cousin, but couldn't find one
The sister wording was creative, ordered extra clothing so I wouldn't have to pay
To pay shipping, the final sale items did not qualify either that's why I ended up not getting any of them
Received my hat in good order, although wrinkled from the shipping bag. A simple dump in a bucket of water and drying it over the end of a plastic jug and it's back in shape! I love the motto on the front: "WTF? Where's the fish?" is perfect for an Oregon fly fisher moved to AZ!
