I'm pleasantly surprised at how nicely this company operates. They send confirmations for each step of the process from the order, to the pay, to each item's step along the way, to where it is during shipping. My first order took longer than subsequent orders so it gets even better as you find your place in their flow. The variety and number of products is very good and I have found a consistent fit in the size range for clothes. I do find some of the fabrics different than I'm used to but there's nothing wrong with them, it's just me.

The jacket that I ordered is certainly not XL in the shoulders and does not match the measurements provided. I can hardly fit in it! Furthermore, the material used to make it is cheap and it smells awful, so even if the jacket did fit I would not wear it. Their system does not let me upload the pictures which I took or submit a request to have a refund and there is no way of contacting their customer service. A very frustrating experience. Avoid at all costs!

I received products good material, some size issue try to reach customer service by email. Very slow feed back for refund. I submitted for return request but they says it will take 30 days to process. Size of one dress is smaller then mention on website also color of dress is darker then shows on web picture, return policy is not good.

I have been looking for shirts with the style and color variations that are different, but are quality made and fashionable, above and beyond the usual shirts seen everyday worn by men. Lightinthebox ended my search. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments that I've received about your shirts. Too, the service and dedication to pleasing your customers is excellent. I continue to be a loyal costumer..

I had complained in an earlier review of the poor customer service and the fact the company did not offer a 100% refund on a return. Well, I'm here to say that the company has responded to my complaints and has given me my full refund for a sweatshirt that I was not happy with. They were apologetic and conveyed to me that they were very concerned about customer satisfaction. So I now recommend buying products from this company if you so choose

I bought my wedding dress and it was actually better than in picture. Fixes were quite simple and fast to do. I then bought several other clothing and other items for the house, Shipping was always on time and they refund the duty fees thanks to a very cheap insurance they offer. Sizing sometime a bit off, but expected. When very off- more than 1 inch/ cannot fit situation- they offered refund. Sometime colors or prints are a bit off/low res. Check for items with review photos for safety;-)

I've made a handful of purchases from Lightinthebox and I must say, I've been mostly impressed. If you are looking for clothing and products that are unique and stylish that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place. You won't find better deals for quality products. You'll score even bigger if you happen to catch one of their "lightning deals". There are times where the product picture doesn't fully match the product and sometimes the shipping can take a bit long. However, the customer service is very responsive and fair! Overall, I recommend shopping here.

I have purchased many items for friends family and self and have not been disappointed. Many unique items especially lights and housewares and swimwear. People have positive comments about my unique boots so I tell them all about Light in the box and how to download the app with no expectations about extra points or rewards. I just speak honestly and an
M upfront with the company-good and not so good. Customer service is phenomenal so kudos to all of them!

All the products I ordered and received till now fulfil my expectancies. Fair delivery within established delays and good quality of products. I'll keep buying with pleasure at this online excelente shop.

Purchased tops that measured smaller than advertised by two inches. Requested a refund.
Received the refund without any problems. I was impressed although it was the manufactures error on sizing. Hopefully any other issues are handled in the same manner.
It would be helpful if the sizing was more accurate it would eliminate a lot of returns and frustration from customers. The items purchased never look like the model or pictures. Actual pictures would be very helpful before making a purchase.

I am completely satisfied with my purchase from LightInTheBox. The product arrived earlier than expected, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. It matches the description exactly and meets all my expectations. It's a pleasure to order from a site where the quality of both service and product is a priority. Recommended without hesitation!

Stay away from this online business. It's just terrible. Their products are $#*!, and once you get them you're stuck. For a refund you have to ship the product back to China and pay for the whole thing - which doesn't make sense given the prices of what they're selling. Stick to Amazon.

So far so great! If I order something and they don't have it Immediately I am notified and refunded in full with nice little surprises and credits for other products! I have a specialist who deals with me specifically and treats me very kindly! So far I've been satisfied with many of the things I have received from this company! As I am sure you will!

I was sent a small pair of trousers instead of XL but Lightinthebox has resolved my complaint in a very satisfactory manner.

I saw the Christmas men's shirts and was instantly excited. I'd never seen that selection or the designs etc. gave a whole new interest level in Christmas clothes. I followed the measurement guide. Made one order just to try it out. Got my shirt a little better than stated for delivery time and it fit as per the size guide.
I love the unique line of designs.
I then ordered more. Waiting for them now. Excited to show them off.

I ordered 3 sweat shirts and 2 shirts, all in different sized. The 2 x sweatshirt I couldn't get over my head even though I'm a medium in US sizes. All shirts were extremely small and I could not give them as gifts.
When I tried to return them for larger sizes, I was told it would be too expensive to return and I should just live with them. Absolutely no customer service at all.
Be careful ordering from them.

I find it annoying that one can't return items even when it says so in description. Instead Lightinabox offer inadequate voucher compensation. For an unusable clothing item, they offered less than 50% money back. After a lot of emails, I eventually got the dress 100% compensated but the jumper only 60% - and only in vouchers, not my money back. So after two bad experiences, I still have to order items if I want to use MY money.
