I spent probably between an hour to two hours over 2 days and multiple devices (cell phone, laptop, desktop, and my work computer) trying to check out with my purchase. Finally after not being able to check out on any of the devices I sent an email to customer support. 2 days later I get a response that they don't ship to NY. Well, perhaps you want to state that somewhere so customers don't waste hours of their day trying to check-out on your website. So frustrating.

My fiance ordered my ring on 6/28 they processed his payment. But we've never received anything else. No order confirmation, no tracking information etc... He literally has no information other than the payment coming out of his bank account through PayPal

I ordered two rings from this company and received only one. They said it was returned due to insufficient address. They asked me to pay extra shipping for $15.00 and I agreed to pay the extra shipping but I keep following up the status of my ring when are they going to ship it but to date no reply whatsoever. I paid $118.00 for this ring and if they're not going to ship it then I need a refund immediately.

The ring I purchased doesn't fit. And they don't care if they sent the wrong size. They want to make me pay for return shipping! They're too quick to get the payment but it takes forever to get a reply to the complaint! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HOPE EVERYONE DOESN'T HAVE THE SAME AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED! And worst, the issue hasn't still resolved!

Order was placed over 5 weeks ago and still waiting for merchandise. Contacted customer support 1 week ago and was advised they would expedite order and would let me know something asap…website says order is "waiting to be shipped"… it has said this over a week and still nothing. Even if the product is top notch, I won't order from this company again. My payment cleared the bank the day after I ordered but merchandise sits in waiting to be shipped status over a week? Nope, not again.

I got this beautiful ring in July, and it's been 6 months and one of the stones have fallen out and they won't replace it!

I just want my stone replaced!! I don't want a 40% coupon!!

I'm very disappointed. I never received the ring I ordered and the website says that I did. I was planning to propose on Easter but had no ring to do so. When I emailed them that, they have not been helpful.

It took weeks to get overpriced sterling silver rings that will change colors in a week.

A diamond fell out of thr ring 2 weeks after having it. I want to get it fixed. This is ridiculous

I have not received my item yet. I messaged customer service because the tracking shows a delivery failure. They say I didn't provide the correct address, which I'm pretty sure I did. They asked me to provide another address and I gave them my address. They want someone else's, a neighbor or friend. I don't have anyone else's address to provide. There's no reason it can't be delivered to my address. I asked that they ship to my address or refund me. I will never order from them again, you can be certain. I can't afford to just throw away money because they don't want to send to my address.

The product is PHENOMAL! It is worth the money. My issue was shipping. I ordered it to be sent in 4-6 business days. It took 8 and I got no kind of refund of the extra shipping cost. Even though, I asked for it. I was told sorry. It is busier in the holiday season. It is a legitimate excuse but I think they should be ready for a holiday uptick in sales. Nonetheless, I was ecstatic that the product got to me before I needed it on Christmas. It was worth the wait! I absolutely love the product because my spouse went crazy over it.

Ivy was kind, patient, and helpful but I wanted some kind of refund for the shipping taking longer than the 4-6 business days that I paid for. However, I was asked to be patient and told it took longer due to holiday season. I was okay but disappointed with that answer.

The order took two weeks to arrive.The ring is not as advertised. Stone is light blue, not dark sapphire blue. Guard bands are weak and flimsy. Please send me return instructions

I am very pleased with all my jewelry purchases except for how long it takes to receive the item. I noticed if I am charged immediate shipping I will receive purchase within 3 to 4 days. If I chose regular shipping I will receive the item 5 to8 days, but... free shipping you wait till the end of time. Why does it take so long with free shipping but if I pay a ton of money for shipping I can receive my purchase within a few day?

Contact has always been online. Response is good but I am not happy about the length of time it takes to receive merchandise when I have free shipping compared to paid shipping in which if I pay for high cost of shipping I would receive my merchandise sooner.

Extremely unhappy I pad for faster shipping it took a lot longer than what I paid for. The ring has already faded. Not happy at all

On October 4,2022 I ordered my Wedding Bands. I paid the $25 shipping for 1-3 business days. At the time it said production is 7-9 days. With that, I should have received them no later than 12 days after my order. Tomorrow will be one month. I already got married and had to purchase different rings from another place. I am STILL waiting and all I am being told is that they are held up in customs which is not true because when I checked a few days ago they were in Los Angeles, and it specifically said, "Cleared by Customs". This is such a bad experience and all I was offered was $10 refund? I still want my order, but I should get some sort of refund, more than $10. Very Dissatisfied. Would not purchase anything from them cause your Sitejabber says it was delivered and Trac says it has not moved from Compton California since May 10 2023 I DID NOT receive my order to me everything is a scam but they took my money over a month a go

Bad they don’t even have a clue where my ring is at I email them every day and all they say is let me see what I can do but no one is actually doing anything

Just received my ring today. So beautiful! Took a while to receive my shipping confirmation but once I emailed them, I was updated and a few days later, I got my ring! It's perfect!

She loves the ring set but it false advertises when you're ordering on the sight about the delievery time. It says 7-14 days, but after you place your order it says it takes a month or more and it took well over a month. I wouldn't have ever ordered had I known it was going to take that long. It missed our wedding date and everything. I won't be ordering anything else.

No one to talk to, all automated that didn’t even answer our questions

Ordered a ring and paid express 3 day shipping for the ring. No where when paying for said ring did it mention that the shipping that I had paid for, which was a decent amount more, would still not ship for another week or so after the order placed. Even after the wring was shipped, it still took around a week to get to me. Not happy with paying a good amount extra for nothing. Also paid extra for an engravement on the ring, that is hardly visible.

Ring is absolutely gorgeous but is a bit small. I have an engagement ring I got for my wife that is a size 5 and I ordered same size. She said it feels a bit tight. Other than that it's a great product!

It fits perfectly on my finger and it is gorgeous! Great price too.

Bad costumer service.
The costumer service rep was very unhelpful and did not want to answer my questions, and after 6 back and forth emails I gave up.
I'm unsatisfied and will not recommend.
