Overall is very nice but the picture in the description is deceptive and the title said it was a thick chain. It is very thin, not thick. Communication was great, shipping and tracking was within an acceptable time, I am awaiting a second auction I won but the shipping took much longer than this one to be shipped. It would be nice if in the future, they add the thickness of the chains in their description. Like this one is about 1mm.
I have purchased 2 items on line from this company, 18ct gold studs and a 18ct gold bracelet as a present for my wife on our upcoming 50th wedding anniversary. The bracelet is so small, it would be hard pressed to fit a baby let alone my wife's wrist. The photos on line do not represent the actual size, I believe they have all been photo shot, never again will i purchase anything from this site. Also I believed all items were priced in AUD, what a shock i got when I was charged more for conversion into Hong Kong or American dollars?
I was keen to obtain a gold necklace for myself and spotted one in the Jewelry Room so I bid on it with no expectation of success. I was successful and received the item promptly. However I realise now that I should have identified exactly what the item was as it was unsuitable for me but will be of some use to my wife, Also did not realise that my bid of $50AUS would be converted into USD and actually resulting in a final cost of $120AUS.

Some items won in bid delivered. Others not delivered as apparent the item was not even manufactured and then lated advised the order cancelled. However refund was sent. Have not yet received and not advised which item/s are missing. Why have an auction when items not available.
The rings I have received not as described or depicted in the pictures and are in fact cheap stones that are worth nothing. I am very dissatisfied.

I believed it was a genuine auction for genuine items, I was after something special for my wife to give to her on our 50th wedding anniversary. I am so dissapointed that I have given her both items now, instead of waiting till 18/05/2024, our anniversary date, and will look locally for something else.
Such a disappointment! I thought these items were going to be quality items. They are not! The cheap stone fell out of the ring the first time I wore it. I took all 5 pieces I received to a jewelry store and they basically laughed at me. Do not invest!

I have won several bids during the time i have been a part of Jewelry Room and all the jewelry is exquisite. My only advise is to read the descriptions very carefully and bid based on the actual description given. Also do googles search on items in question. Get all the possible info you can before bidding. If you really like an item watch it all the way to the end of the bid as some people wait till last minute to place bids so they have better chance of winning at lowest bid price.

Mainly a positive experience. Know in advance that the items won't be delivered to you for about a month.
I was sent the wrong earrings and I got a prompt response with an apology and asking if I wanted to send them back, or a "store" credit. I said the credit and I have heard nothing since. I was hoping that it would have been put towards the earrings that I ordered again.
It's a great way to get jewelry at a good price.
I am still waiting for the delivery of my earrings after more than a month.

I made an order in January, didn't r6ecieve my blue diamond and gold cheetah necklace. Made a complaint and asked for my money back then recieve5d an email saying it was delivered in late April. My house bu9rnt down in early April so I'm wondering where it was delivered to?

Quick response, but they shipping fees are high and they add $10 on each item. They will wait till you have a couple of orders ao they can bundle and keep all the extra shipping fees.. they can be mean.
I thought I could sell them. I have seen others selling their items for less with free shipping.

Haven't heard anything about my 3 orders each changed with shipping $60 your shipping is too high. Temu doesn't charge for shipping

Earrings and rings
The photos of the jewelry are very enlarged and not at all representative of what you are going to get! The necklace I thought I ordered was about as thin as a human hair with the tiniest 'gold' balls that it made me laugh! I learned a huge lesson about trusting these offers and I AM DONE.
The ad was misleading when it said it was a jeweler's liquidation. Ha! NO jeweler would ever offer such a flimsy, ridiculous piece of jewelry...unless they had a ten cent bin of offerings (that still gave them a profit!)

I used to buy rings from this site and the arrival time was often hit or miss. My recent purchases have both been on time and have been exactly what I expected. The site is much improved, only need a few more tweaks to be over the top excellent.
