Jessie's selection is a horrible company, they sell worthless wigs and hair that are not as described in anyway shape or form. The hair is horrible, shabby, not as advertised to the customer and when you contact them for a refund they will not give you the return address. They will try to trick you into altering it so that they can keep your money. Please stay clear from this company. You've been warned!

I ordered a wig it was way too small for my head. I even measured it with a measuring tape and sent a picture to prove they made it too small and she kept telling me to try it again. They kept telling me they went according to my measurements and didn't want admit they measured it wrong. So I disputed it through my credit card company. The cap is kid sized! My head is small and it doesn't fit on my head. Plus the hair looks kinda grayish and it's supposed to be ash blonde

The wig I bought was not human hair as advertised and it had the worst smell that would not come out no matter how much I tried. Complete waste of $200.

The wig was horribly made, wasn't human hair, was frizzy, sewn goofy and looked just awful. They did not refund as they say... just a bunch of useless emails. The box was crushed to boot. $150 scam. Thank you for stealing from me.

This is a horrible, money stealing company. Canceled my order before it shipped as they do not warrant their turn around time and ( shame on me) I ordered without reading reviews. We are in dispute with Pay pal and they are trying every trick in the book to not refund. It is always so sad to encounter these types of thieves. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam altogether!

I bought a wig and returned it less tha 5 days received an email for the return just wanting me to exchange. They still are trying to charge me not paying should have know coming from China. Complete rip off and the number is fake I tried calling them. I am going to report them all over social media until no e buys from them ever again

It smelled like smoke really bad and it was in different lenghts, very thin.
It took quite a while to get here overall for the price of I expected more. The color was only thing good..

I dont like the fit so I sent a email requesting a return like their website says. Five emails later and all I've gotten is a response either asking if I tried adjusting it or telling me to request a custom cap be sewed in future. I just received the wig last week and all I want is to return it. They never sent instructions on how, or where to send it.

Beware of this company, Poor customer service and they will steal your money I have returned the wig and sent them a copy of the tracking information and a copy of the delivery box. Now they are giving me the runaround want me to send them more copies of the tracking information which I did. At this point they have there wig and my $99 refund beware do not support them.

Love this hair so far I've only had it for less than a week but it is so soft initially, nice lace color and the curlssss BABY they are lit and when you define them w a little water and conditioner it's so nice also mouse just adds so much definition will definitely be ordering this hair again, I'm in love!

Please do not order from this Fraudulent company, I order a frontal will and the hair is shedding non stop. They offered a $30 refund!. I will be disputing charges. Please do not purchase from this company!

I was just about to place an order after watching a YouTube video which led me to their site. Wigs looked too good to be true...so I searched reviews. Sooooo glad I didn't waste nearly $300 on that site.

UPDATE: Because of this review I began receiving multiple emails from Jessie's Selections, requesting that I remove my review. They did apologize and asked if I liked the wigs when they arrive then they would give me a "Huge Discount" if I removed my review. I told them "No" to stop the shipping (while still in China) and just refund me my money in full. They totally ignored my request and instead hurried the shipment up and magically it appeared the next day. Then I was told that, they had refunded me $15, so that I can remove (what they call a negative review but it's just honest) but as of today I still have not received a discount or refund of any kind. Poor Customer Service. Very sad

Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst company I have EVER ordered from. I ordered a U part wig and when it came in the mail the box was all damaged. The hair was terrible quality. PLUS on their site it says 100% money back guarantee and it took me more than a MONTH to get my money back. It was the biggest pain I had to go through. I sent MANY emails for my money back and they wouldn't give it back to me. None of them speak English and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. I would highly suggest not to buy from them.

DO NOT WASTE YOYR MONEY. These people are scammers. I am fight ing with them because I returned the hair and they did not refund my money. I had to open a dispute with Klarna and they are saying they did not receive the hair. As soon as they received the hair they stopped all communication. Now I'm fighting with Klarna and I have the proof. The tracking number showing they received the hair. The hair is of low quality and looks nothing like the pictures. I'm going to go on every forum and write a review until they refund me my money.

I have brought several wigs from Jessie's Wigs and I haven't been disappointed one time. I love the communication I have with the person who is customizing my Wig and they stay in touch with any questions or concerns I may have. I love the quality of the hair no order no shedding to me and I have so many comments on where did I order versus another company I use to purchase from and there hair got thinner and with gaps was far more expensive too. I am one Happy Customer and will continue to do business with Jessie's Wigs.

Please do not order from this company! The wig was not as pictured, it was a cheap mess! When I notified them, they tried to get me to put oil on it, but I refused as not to change the original state of the wig. I Sent it back 2 days after I received it and have confirmation they received it back, but they refused to refund my $72 & stopped communicating with me. Buyers be aware. They have their wig and my money, with no way for me to get help getting my money back. These people are dishonest. Don't take the chance, because you will be disappointed with their products and scammed out of your money. Trust me, I paid the price for all of us to learn. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

This place is the worst of the worst. The wigs they sent me all knotted and tangled immediately. It was so bad I had to rip the glued install off as no product would untangle it! Threw it in the trash after they refused to replace the unit that was only worn 48 hours! It knotted up from the steam of a warm shower...RIPPED OFF IS A UNDERSTATMENT. I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ALL OF THE DIFFERENT NAMES THEY OPERATE UNDER!

I got a wig, opened the package and it was trash quality and no where near the color that ordered. I Ran my fingers through the hair and the hair frizzed up instantly. Why have an option for a refund, I showed pictures 20 minutes after delivery, but they told me I can't get a refund and received this message:

For colored and curly wig is not acceptable for a return,
About the texture you mentioned it looks not good once you open the package, at the first sight when you open the package, you see that this wig is possibly pressed in transit, we hope that you understand this.
Before shipment, our workers and quality inspection in the warehouse are very strict with each wig and each order to check its texture according to our customer's order detail.
The hair gets curlier when wet, could you please try to use some water and organic olive to care for the texture by finger? Then you try to use flexible rods to restyle its style?
After you do that, this wig will look more bouncy and fuller. Thanks for your kindly reading, we hope that helps, hope you can give the pretty wig a chance it will show really pretty!

This place sucks! 139.00 down the drain

This company is a total scam! I've sent several emails due to not receiving the wig I ordered but rather a Jheri curl pattern wig. I requested a refund. They offered $10 and a HUGE discount on my next order. Lies! They requested pictures of what I received which I sent but no response.The first pic is what ordered, the next two are pics. Of what I received. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Sis…these reviews are REAL and TRU! Don't do it, Sis! Go to Luvme Hair or another source, please!

I am a returning customer of jessis selection, I like their hair, the color and texture are exactly what I want, and they will send you pictures and videos for confirmation before shipping, which is very good, in short, I am very happy Satisfied, thank you jessis selection

Company says if not satisfied, can return in original condition for full refund. Wig was advertised as 13x4 part anywhere. This wig was delivered with a permanent part down the center. What is advertised and what I received not the same thing. I repeatedly ask to return for refund and not getting anywhere. Save yourself getting scammed and stay away from this company.

I ordered this week for a special occasion. They took my money, and now they're saying it's out of stock that business.
