Ordered $140 of merchandise on May 21st, 2012. Merchandise was never received (and do not believe they ever ship it). I live in Canada and they sent me a tracking for a USA shipment. They said it was sent to an hotel in NY and that I checked out when the parcel arrived (I never been in NY and never asked to ship to a hotel). As the tracking was showing it was going back to the shipper, they said they would reship and never did... still no refund either... we are July 13,2013!.
There is no way to talk to them as it is only an answering machine. Only possible communications are by e-mail and they are filled of lies. At first, you really believe they are sorry and will solve the problem... But after 2-3 mails, you fastly understand you were stolen and that you will only be able to have your money back if you made your purchase with a credit card... Still, what a pain to get back $140!
Do not buy from Jakes Pilot Shop, Spartans Essentials (the company they use to process credit card payments) or JPS AV Supplies LLC, located in Vancouver, WA.
My worst internet shopping experience. Hope to prevent others from such experience.
