I purchased two nuts and two bolts. I was not happy paying the $12 shipping for a package weighing less than one pound. The company did not put tape on the package, the package opened up in the mail and parts were lost. Rather than the company replacing the missing parts as I requested, they refunded me $2 and claimed that they couldn't get the replacement parts. I went on their website which allowed me to order the missing parts but I would have to pay an additional $10 shipping to have them shipped. I asked if they could give me a free shipping code or discount to reorder the new parts...they refused.
Tip for consumers:
I would recommend going through a different company, even if the parts are a little bit more expensive. I would say "you get what you pay for" but I paid way too much to have two bolts and two nuts shipped to me only to have to pay more to have the same things shipped to me again.
