Hotelindigo

Mahmut A. & Sophia S. At the Hotel Indigo, Leicester, UK regarding the horrible customer service, tiny noisy rooms and the 4 charges totaling more than 4 times the room rate. Hotel Indigo is claiming they have no idea why I am being charged 4x and over $1700 for 1 nights stay. Hotel Indigo (Sophie) preauthorized over $1200 on my credit card and is claiming that they did not state that we could leave early and pay for the one night. Corporate just spoke to Bill (who was there when we were leaving) told corporate he does not know why my card was preauthorized for such amounts. The general manager stated that preauthorization is $50 per night. As an IHG member who uses them throughout the world (Cairo, Athens,etc) we have never had a problem until now & IHG states they can do nothing. Switching from IHG to Accor ;)
